I have a problem with connecting to gamespy.. after i sign into my account and go to multiplayer it says connecting to server three times and under that it says, Connection error: your connection to gamespy has been lost... Has anyone ever heard of this issue before? if so please help, it's been like this for a week now and i'd realy like to get back to playing multiplayer again. I already tried rebooting my rouder, reinstalling NWN2 and nothing seems to work. The main problem is none of my servers show up after it says "You lost connection to gamespy" but on my NWN 1 game it works fine and all servers show up..

My system specs are..

It looks like my program that did the specs you posted, cannot open whatismyip.org to get your external IP address. I probably need to make that more clear in the results. However even the 192.168.2.6 address looks odd, usually it's 192.168.1.* for the number, but there is no reason that 2 wouldn't work.

What are you using in the way of firewall software on that system. Seems like somethings ( web browser and NWN1 ) can access the internet just fine, but my program and NWN2 are being blocked.

What is the router involved. What is the ISP and where is your ISP located.

When I try to log ionto NWN2, We disable the router and my firewall, but I still cant connect... What is an ISP... It all worked totally fine until i went and tried playing mine on my cousins computer, which is faster/better, so I was under a different ip and Cd key... Now I cant connect to gamespy on my computer

Disable router? Without a router nothing will work... That is how your local network works.

ISP is the company that does your internet connection. Notice that my program opens up a third party website which reports your public ip address, my program is unable to open a simple web socket to the outside internet.

I meant we disable the routers firewall, and the one on this PC... We use roadrunner

Ok, I think i figured out the issue, on gamespy arcade it says that my internal and external ips are different which could be the reason why gamespy wont connect to NWN 2
