We don't know yet.

From other threads in this forum, I assume the standard N7 and Kestrel armor will be modular as it is in Mass Effect 2.  It looks like the Gamestop armor is a one piece again with the exception of the helmet.

My guess is that it's at least a toggle helmet if not a fully customizable and equippable in pieces.....still no point in guessing untill we know but even if there is no option to it the open head is great and shouldn't ****** anyone off too much and the colors couldn't be better....as for it being in pieces...I always wore a complete set anyway regardless of what I put on so I don't really care a whole lot. Amazing armor and weapon either way.

Oh but you missed all the fun....should've been here for when we were bussy discussing the merits of proper spelling and just how huge of a disgrace it was for GameStop or BioWare or possibly both to misspell valkyrie.....

It's "Valkyrie" in the game. I think there was just an unfortunate spelling mistake made by whoever put together the ad.

They should. I try to get most games CE's and have always gotten any pre-order bonus at Gamestop.

They are, at least at the store I work at (and any that know what they're doing), pre-order bonuses apply to any and all editions of the game.

Since the bonuses are listed on the pages for both the regular and CE editions on Amazon France, Best Buy, and GameStop, and since it has always been the case in the past, I'm sure both editions will get the bonuses. It would be still to only give it to one and not the other, since the whole point of preorder bonuses is to drum up more business.

I wonder if the bonuses are going to be along the same lines as they were last time. Gamestop (probably paying for extra bonuses) get's armor and a weapon, while all other retailers get only one thing (armor last time, a weapon this time).

I'd be kinda surprised if EA limited themselves and gave the same bonus as every other retailer.....

And from the looks of it, I would assume that Bioware heard fan outcry and are going to make every armor come in pieces rather than a full set, only because there is no helmet included (that we can see) which suggests you pick which one you want, and if you can pick the helmet, why not be able to pick and choose the rest of the armor pieces as well?

Those equipment simply cannot be as good as equipment from buyable DLC, because BW/EA whould reduce their own profit if preorder bonuses compete with their own buyable equipment-packs etc.

Hey, Chris. I know this thing is in progress, but its one of those things you really need to know when the pre-orders start. To be fair, if I have already pre-ordered through Origins months ago and Gamestop offers a better deal it makes things more difficult for all.

Mind you, this is contrary to the problems with Diablo III, which I missed the local pre-order on. I could not find the link to the digital version....which didn't exist.
