How about rhinestones on his armor? Or a fried chicken leg in his gun holster? :P

Not everyone wants hard poultry rubbing up on their leg.

not a fan of elvis but the white jumpsuit with the rhinestone eagle for casual wear would be hilarious and if you can go into the bathrooms again you get a critical mission failure if you sit on the toilet

Hopefully not something people will rage over not being able to buy like unique weapons or armor. How about something ridiculous like Elvis hair for Shepard? That would be lulzy whilst saving the galaxy.

I'd love to be able to have a Solid Snake mulllet.

The preorder bonus is a 10x10 tapestry of Gmag with the words "hella awesome tbh" woven across the top.

Why do games need special pre-order bonuses?

To drive sales at retailers who have struck deals with publishers.

Also to focibly rape your wallet, with no lube whatsoever.

They can't make you buy anything, so no: poor metaphor.

My money rests with Gamestop. So whatever they're having, I'm having.

We are working with retailers, including Gamestop, to establish what, if any, retailer exclusives they will have. We hope to have this information for you early next year. When we do, we will let everyone know. :)

Why do these things so late in the day, Chris? Isn't the normal procedure to announce these things when pre-ordering starts?

Well, as I said when this was alst asked, we didn't have any in place yet. This has been a busy fall/winter period for gaming. Skyrim, Battlefield 3,Modern Warfare 3, Uncharted 3, a certain BioWare MMO, etc have made a busy shopping season for retailers. As such, we had not been approached to create such exclusives. Now that Xmas is over and, I think, due to us winning the "Most Anticipated Game of 2012" award at the VGAs retailers have started to express interest to drive traffic to their stores.

The marketing team is working with retailers on such offers. When we have things established, as I said, hopefully early in January, we will let people know what is available and where.

If there are going to be any preorder bonuses for ME3 I hope like heck it will not be dlc weapon/armour packs for once.

Thanks for the update Priestly. I don't mind that there are retailer bonuses but I hope that they all become available months down the road and not just some of them like with ME2. If it's worth paying for I'd rather give the money to Bioware and not some extortionist off ebay,

Perhaps the Gamestop pre-order bonus will be that they won't crack open your boxed copies and rifle around in them before mailing them out this time.

That'd be nice.

Chris... I preordered 2 copies (PC and xbox versions) at Gamestop...  One behalf of my fellow Gamestop shoppers and I, I demand that Gamestop have the most satisfying preorder bonuses.  Also because I missed the Terminus armor/heavy weapon bonus for ME2, and I still have never even had a crack at it...
