Her body portrays artwork itself, so it probably makes for an interesting challenge to draw her with all those tattoos.

Yes, I've done screen by screen comparisons.

Tattoos seem just fine. 




Only thing different is the "human" tattoo.

I don't really care enough for Jack to search pictures of her, but I've made comparisons to in-game screens with what I pass by.

I simply want my old Ash back. If she has new looks but still has her old character, I'm happy. After all, I love her because of her character.

Wouldn't nude art be considered Rule 34 to begin with? At least NSFW.

 


its like the difference between the  Venus Di Milo(sp)  and  Huslter...  rule 34 will  have nudity but not all nudity is rule 34 but both  most assurdly  are  NSFW

Same with me, but I'm actually happy for the redesign. She never looked bad previously, but she didn't look like someone to be in a relationship with. Namely, her hair. They way she previously always had it was more formal than friendly.

Funny. I used to think the same. Ashley is someone you need to know better before you can actually fall for her.

My first (never finished) Shepard went after Tali. When I found out I can't have her, I tried Liara. It was okay, but then I stopped playing that Shepard. So I wanted to go after an alien lover first.

My first full playthrough tried Ashley instead of Liara. Think she was pretty but not extraordinary beautiful. That idea came the more I explored her romance. I think of both ME1 romances for a male Shepard, the one with Ashley was the more appealing to me.
And since that day I started to admire Ashley as a character. Think her looks were fine in ME1 and appropriate for a frontline soldier.

Since she's no longer a frontline soldier but an officer, she might get new looks. Maybe she loves wearing open hair and used that formal style only because it was mandatory for normal soldiers.

The only thing I don't like is her unifom and only one part - her ridiculous white pants.
Besides that - as I said - as long as Ashley behaves like Ashley I'm happy. And appearances can be changed, maybe there's one without those pants.

I could swear in one of the screens I've seen she was wearing a blue full body suit.

She'll wear that too - for Shepard only. After dinner, of course.

Nah, seriously - I think her "thigh high boots" are a bit armored and quite comfy - but unusal for Ashley. They less annoying than her white pants. If those pants where black or dark blue you could say Ashley is wearing just regular pants with reinforced legs. :happy:

If you look closely at the giant Shepard wallpaper on the Bioware ME3 page, you can see the mesh-looking bodysuit he has underneath his body armour - I figure it's the same for Ash. What do you think, Data and Lemon?

The color. It doesn't fit to the rest of the uniform which seems to have a blue-dark-blue-black color scheme.
To be honest, it doesn't work. I know there are different outfit variants so that's not a big issue to me. It's just something a good designer would never do. Stick to one color scheme. The white pants don't fit to that scheme.

Not sure. Maybe yes, maybe no.

I can see it.. maybe. It would  make sense for there to be smart layer  to give vitals and all  that jazz.
