I bought 1600 bioware points to purchase Legacy and Mark Of The Assassin, but somehow managed to purchase Legacy twice.
Could I get a refund of the 800 points from the second purchase so I can buy MOTA!
I filled in a support ticket at EA support about 3 days ago now, and received the standard automated reply stating my ticket would be dealt with within 24 hours, but no action so far.

Did you get any reply yet? I've just bought warden's keep for DA:O then realised I already had it in my digital collector's edition and I'm not sure what to do about it!

I just got my points restored by EA support 
Go to http://help.ea.com, login and hit the "Talk to a game advisor" link. I chose the live chat option and it took about 10 minutes then it was sorted out
