Hello, this is my first topic on the BSN and I dont really know how to start it off, I am more of a lurker.

My partner ordered me the N7 Elite hood as a christmas present on the 5th of December. The 7th it apparantly was shipped with USPS Priority, and I got a track code. The last tracking information I got was that the shipment was accepted/picked up on the 6th of December. It's been like this ever since.

I have been looking up if any more people had trouble with USPS and I got quite a few cases which explained the tracking of USPS to forgein countries isn't that great and that it could already be in the Netherlands. (Where it has to go to)
Our post service can tell me by track code if it entered the country or not and if it's at customs or not. I gave them a rang twice and both times they told me the parcel never left the USA.

I have made a support case for this, and I got a fast reply telling me the shipping department will be contacted, which is great and all, but that is over a week ago now too, and haven't heard anything of that either.  (I know there is christmas and all in between.)

If anyone has had the same problem before, or has any information that could help me, it would be much appreciated. My partner is panicking over it, because after all it was a gift and a lot of money.
