Hi,
I'm on my third complete playthrough, trying hard not to go all paragon again, but that doesn't matter now.
The problem is, in the previous two playthroughs I switched companions almost every mission and because of that never got any of the companion achievements.
This time I wanted to at least get teo of them and decided on the Asari and Quarian acheievements, meaning 50 respectively 45 missions with the companion.
Okay, most guides tell you, you can get Liara's achievement if you complete all the Citadel Assignments with her.
I'm already finished with Noveria and lots of side missions, I've had Tali in the squad since recruitment, and Liara in the squad since recruitmen and until now neither companion achievement is triggered.
Is there a counter somewhere? Where can I check if something's wrong? Has anybody had similar experiences?

They won't trigger until almost at the very end (I got Liara's on Ilos).

But isn't this strange? Even in the wikia they say you get the achievement after completing all the missions on the citadel?
So that means I can never change the squad until I get the achievements, right? Or can I change a few times, as long as the total is up to 45 or 50 assignments?
Thanks a lot anyway.

Liara was in my party the whole time, and still the cheevo popped only on Ilos. I got Wrex and Tali cheevos during the Citadel lockdown.die-yng wrote...

I don't see it saying that anywhere.die-yng wrote...

You can change squad a little as long as the totals are met. In practice it's safest to keep the same squad members with you until you've got the achievement.
