Alright so pretty simple question here, I've asked before, and never gotten a non-jerk response from. I know there's a FAQ thing but I honestly can't understand **** about it. So here we go and I'd like a simple answer to my question please guys.
I can't get Dragon Age UE to install on my computer, I have more than the necessary requirements and specs to run it, it always gets to 22.3% of the install and stops, it won't let me do anything else and if this is a nightmare I can't wait to see what a nightmare the DLC disc will be.
Long story short, I have my DA:O UE disc sitting around right now doing nothing when I want to be playing it, its essentailly a coaster if I can't install it, so help me out guys without being rude or simply going "well check the faq page" because like I've said I have and don't get it.
Thanks
All I'd like is a simple answer to my install problem

I don't know what qualifies as a jerk response, but from your tone I suspect this will.
If you cannot even follow the stickie "Read First" http://social.biowar...8/index/7280573 you will be lucky to get much help here that you can use. You say you more than meet the specs, let's see them. For example: you won't believe the number of people with laptops that they say meet the specs, but don't.
That being said, and despite EA/Bioware seeming to have below average Quality Control, it looks to me that you either have a physical problem with the disc or you've got virtual drive/burner software installed that's causing problems. If it's the former, you need to take/send it back and get a replacement. If it's the latter , you would need to uninstall it/them as they are sometimes notorious for not working well with games that have on disc copy protection. If it's neither, then I can't help without more info including what's requested in "Read First" and what you've gleaned from some of the other FAQs.
http://social.biowar...8/index/7280573 "read first" for a reason!
http://social.biowar...8/index/6265850 lots of solutions for a wide range of problems.
Failing that http://social.biowar.../58/index/87251 explains where official support can be found.
Or perhaps some technovoyant will be able to do better.
