It's one of the most less priority things in terms of BW's 'awesome' marketing.

Is that you Senor Bisbal?
And apparently we'll be getting considerably more info by/during February, right before the game comes out. They're holding off at the moment.

And not to sound like a tease, but I've seen some of the romance cut-scenes and dialogue options... I think you guys will be happy

Unless of course you're all preparing to pull another "ME2 Wrex & VS awesome cameo whoopie we listen to da fans!" stunt again, in which case I understand perfectly the silence. Revealing such info too early may lead to pre-order cancellations...

I understand story trailers, but I hope we'll be able to see a customization trailer soon on Bioware pulse or something else. I figure Bioware pulse would be the best place since that seems specific for the fan community.Jessica Merizan wrote...

Yes, story spoilers. But I have yet to see someone who wouldn't want to know what are the romance options pre-launch.Jessica Merizan wrote...

You just saw someone- I love discovering romances in game by talking to characters, not having them spoiled for me pre-launch.

I kinda can confirm Merizan's statement.
From what I saw (and that's just a tiny portion of one romance) we will be happy. At least ME1!LI - got confirmations from different sources. I don't know much about ME2!LI.

Perhaps. But romances are not spoilers like Reapers' originis or endings. And after 4 years of waiting, I would rather know before I play if my mShep can romance Kaidan or not instead of wasting time in the game trying to activate something that is blocked for him, again...HolyAvenger wrote...
I think a general cross-section of ME/Bioware fans (not just the ones who hang out on BSN) would show plenty that share my view tbf.

Besides M/M romance is confirmed by the devs. Won't it be better finding out in-game who shares your sexual orientation and returns your romantic interest by talking/flirting with them? Just like real life!

I'm with you BW. As much as I want to know it, I am of the opinion it's better to experience it in-game.Jessica Merizan wrote...

LUL no. If that was the case I wouldn't play ME1 & ME2. I just don't wanna waste time searching for 'activate romance' button (as in flirt/express interest lines) with Kaidan if it doesn't exist in ME3. If there's no romance with him, I will go with someone else.HolyAvenger wrote...
Really? That would be the deciding factor in whether you play the game or not?
Real life? In real life, when it's possible, people (mostly gay people) often try to find out sexual orientation of the object of interest before flirting. It's a similar thing, I would rather know first if it's even "technically" possible rather than waste time flirting with a guy who's completly straight and couldn't flirt back even if he wanted to lolHolyAvenger wrote...

When you're guaranteed to get turned down by 95% of potential dates (since, ya know, 95% of pople are straight), it tends to get "kinda boring"HolyAvenger wrote...
I specified romantic interest as well as sexual orientation and talking as well as flirting. I assume talking is one of the ways people find out sexual orientation/relationship status no? I know I generally do...
