Hello, I just got an X-box 360, i have never had a console before so its all new. I have Mass Effect 1+2 for PC + all the add-on's(used on PC) can i use the addons i have on the X-box 360 aswell? Or do i need to get new ones for X-box?

If you look at your game entitlements that should give you the answer right there. Personally I do not think owning dlc on one format entitles us to use it on another. Some have cited a specific document on the forum here, though I don't recall where it is, that it is possible; though all that has to be dealt with by EA support. No harm in asking but assume the worst.

The "document" Obaka is referring to, was the DLC page which once stated that the DLC was available for both platforms once you purchased it. EA has since updated it in order to nickel and dime those people who switch platforms.

Before you go out and purchase it again, I would suggest contacting EA support, and giving them some sob story on how your PC blew up, and how it was cheaper for you to go out and buy a console and the games again, instead of buying a new PC for gaming. You might get a kind hearted rep who will move your DLC entitlements from PC to Xbox.

Note: This will mean you will no longer have the PC based DLC available for download.

That's some good advice from Bogsnot.

Interesting to hear that entitlements can be transferred across platforms, and makes sense you'll lost the entitlements on the previous format.
