I had the the original NWN plus SOU and HOtu and NWN 2 and MOTB and SOZ, I have windows 7 so the original loaded very slowly but then I saw NWN complete I decided to but it, remove the old and replace with complete, loading is not the problem, after 10 to 15 minutes of playing the computer shuts down, I tried playing another game Torchlight same thing happens , but if I play zuma ot zuma's revenge I have no issues any advice would be appreciated thanks brian

note I can leave the pc exposed remove the side panel and the games run fine both NWN and NWN2 but I put the panel back on the pc just shut's down:(

Overheating issue is going on sounds like... NWN2 makes game run hot.

You have the cart in front of the horse. Software can place high demands on hardware, but it's up to the hardware design to handle whatever demands are made without overheating. The power supply is the most likely villain in this scenario, but and HD 2400 is going to be killed off by the game's demands, it's so weak.
- 128MB Direct3D compatible video card with DirectX 9.0c compatible driver
(GeForce 6800 or Radeon 9800 Pro graphics card with SM 2.0 or better)
It's an old game by now, by so is a 2400, and the 2400 was never a gaming card, ever. Here's a card from the past that will run it while next to a 2400, you see the difference.
