So I am currently at Peak 15. I took the wrong way (ie the aggressive way) and ended up shooting all the soliders. I had the pass from the Doctor but once I couldn't get past the door, I went back. Shot all the soliders and now the Doctor isn't talking to me. I guess I screwed up right?

If you kill the soldiers you don't need the pass anymore. The pass is just to get in the backway. After you kill the soldiers, the front door will be open.

This also happened to me, for some reason when you bypass the security door the drones shoot you and you never get to finish that mission. That sucks.
