Origins: If the warden wasn't not a noble dwarf, for example, then will Bhelen be the second child or the third child? If the warden wasn't a commoner dwarf, then would Rica have a brother? Will there may an Amell mage at the time of the 5th Blight if the warden wasn't a human mage? etc. etc.

Awakening:
Sigrun:
The Dragon Age Wiki says, "If the Warden completed her Companion
Quest and then says that he/she *doesn't want to lose a friend* after
the battle at Vigil's Keep, then Sigrun will stay with the Warden,
sometimes leaving him/her, joking about her death, but always coming
back."

I completed her quest.
Approval above 90.
Told her I don't want to lose a friend.
Tried saving the keep and the city (she is in the party in both cases) but the result is still the same:

Although Sigrun seemed intent on
leaving for her Calling, departing for the Deep Roads to finish what she
started in Kal'Hirol, the Warden-Commander had a knack for finding
important and absolutely urgent things to occupy the dwarf. And so
Sigrun delayed her long walk into the darkness for several decades, even
though she never stopped cracking jokes about needing to throw herself
at death.

I haven't tried saving the keep without having her in the party. Is this the condition for the 1st ending?
If this is not the case, then how do I get it?

The warden:
The epilogue suggests that the Warden Commander left the Vigil's Keep soon after the events of Awakening when they are romancing Leliana or Zevran (about a year and a half after the Blight). However, Sigrun's good epilogue and other passages suggest that the Warden stayed for a long time. Which is true?
Thanks!

Quite possibly. It seems to me that both of the endings you mention are pretty much the same as each other anyway in terms of outcomes.

It is assumed that all Origin characters exist in the world, but only the one you currently play is rescued and conscripted by Duncan, the others die.

When not playing as dwarf commoner for example, you can find Leske imprisoned in Jarvia's hideout, with another dwarf corpse in a cell nearby - most probably the dwarf commoner. And the many lettters and journals you can find in Orzammar still reference the dwarf noble, even if you don't play one.

So unless it is your current character, the dwarf commoner dies in Jarvia's prison, the dwarf noble dies in the Deep Roads, the Dalish elf dies together with Tamlen in the ruins, the city elf dies in Vaughn's/Howe's prison, the human noble dies during the attack on Highever, and the human/elven mage is either executed or made tranquil by the templars.
