Well um..

1.Troll like there is no tomorrow.
2. Wait a couple days without posting and delete your account.
3. Bash Miranda or any other character you will get banned within a few hours.

Oh and go find troll threads and post pony pictures. That helps too.

And even I got a warning for "feeding the trolls" the logic is incredible. Trolls are allowed to troll, but you are just supposed to deal with it.
