Ultimate edition, bought on Steam. Yes, all the DLC not pictured downloaded just fine.
Version 1.04. (Not sure why I'm not at 1.05 since Steam is supposed to do the auto update thing.)
Win 7 64-bit.
No mods.

I don't know how to make it update. This is the Steam version and it's supposed to be automatic.
And at least one of the problematic DLC can't be downloaded on that page anyway.
