who would he have assigned the keeps soldiers to?
what choices would he have made in: A day in court?
Would he have saved The Vigil or Amaranthine?
Would he have allied with or killed the Architect?
What would he have done about The Messenger? (The sentient darkspawn that arrives at Amaranthine when its attacked and warns you that the mother is going to attack vigils keep)
and another other choices ive missed out that you might want to comment on =)
What choices would duncan have made if he were the commander of the grey in awakening?

He would have asked for hostages and killed the deserting soldier in a day in court.
He would have saved The Vigil.
He would have killed the Messenger.
He would have allied himself with the Architect IF and only IF he was convinced by it's argument. and that's a BIG if.

“We were too late,” Tamarel said. She was right; Duncan knew in his heart that the survivors had already been tainted. Those who avoided a quick, excruciating death would be driven mad, turned into diseased and rabid killers. He cursed and spit and wiped his sword clean. He stepped forward.
The villagers looked on him with mounting terror, their eyes growing wide as they turned black. They turned and fled.
Tamarel’s arrows slammed into the villagers’ spines as they ran. They died because they must, died to prevent the spread of the same taint that gave the Grey Wardens their connection to their enemy. That same evil that would eat away at the three Wardens until one day each would decide it was time to descend into the Deep Roads for one final walk into the shadows, to end their lives with purpose rather than wasting away from sickness.
From the pre-release promotional materials for the game. Since your best intelligence is that Amaranthine is hopelessly tainted with a very virulent strain of Blight sickness, I'd have to agree that Duncan would burn it rather than risk letting the disease spread.

I thought he'd probably save Amaranthine, since The Wardens duty is sacrifice to protect the defenceless or w/e it is wynne says thats along those lines.
Wynne is a ****ing idiot who doesn't know squat about the Wardens.

The rest of the choices in the OP could go either way. I prefer to fight the Architect. Good battle, and it makes good use of the paragon level immunity runes I invested so much time and coin in making for my characters' armor.

And he went with wardens going out in a blaze of glory-such as taking down an ogre that killed the king. Unsure I guess.
I suspect he would have made a deal with the architect as he was on the lookout for unusual recruits and allies even if he didn't let it on (such as having Alistair hang back so a royal bloodline card was hidden but still in the mix, plus he befriends city elf elders, dwarves, and on-unusual for a human at the time but he did so anyway).
