I have played me1 and 2 and completed them loads of times,

in mass effect 2 on horizon Kaidan/Ashley gets stung by the seeker swarm and is frozen,

lilth the colonist is also stung and taken away you know she is taken cos the mechanic says so when the collectors leave

if this is the case why is kaidan/ashley still there and not taken, from the first video of horizon lilth falls down not 200 yards from kaidan/ashley,

later.......

if you look at the pile of bodies on the collector ship after horizon you will see phonix armor ontop of the pile(Ashleys) Standard armor from me 1 and what she is wearing on horizon.

so here is my theory.......

is that really kaidan/ashley on horizon on the finishing sequence or is that a carefully placed clone surely reaper tech can create a clone maybe to get close to you in mass effect 3 or am i just reading into it a bit too much lol

any feedback would be good and welcomed

i also wondered how in the name of all that is F did ashley get unfrozen. but tbh i think its a just a hole in the plot they left out. the phoenix armor in the collector ship mightve been other soldiers that were captured. but if your theory is correct i will murder a kitty.

yeah and if kaidan/ashley were unfrozen where was everyone else who didnt get taken, yeah probably a hole in the story shame they dont join you in me 2 they were good in the first one

It is not a hole. Normandy and Shepard made the Collector to make a quick retreat. Well I don't want them to join due to their ****iness Shepard helping Cerberus to stop the Collectors.


Also there are plenty of Phoenix Armors. And plenty of Armors similar to Kaiden's armor. So clone theory is invalid due to the sheer amount of similar armors thru out the entire galaxy.

Yes the normandy and shep kept them from getting everyone but they did get Lillith who was what 10, maybe 20 yards away.

The theory doesn't really work though because if it were a clone meant to get close to and kill Shep it would have agreed to join up after Horizon, not to mention relying on remarkably quick clone production as well as being able to play the part.

Also Kaidan is not wearing Phoenix amour on Horizon..

i do think it is onyx armor. Kaiden did have a set of Phoenix armor on Normandy if No romance with Liara and he surives.

So Any onyx armor or phoenix armor that you find on the collector ship is just that a spare set from a colonist.

The collectors invade horizon because one of shepards old teamates were there so mayne if a clone they would already have made one before invading, its obveriously not what happens just a little suspious that the distance between ashley/kaiden was so small yet he got taken and he/she did not........unless the collectors started from the middle and worked there way out strange?!

Glad some one finally pointed that out i been wondering the same thing how comes the V.S didn't get taken when they where frozen not far from Lilith.

Mind you the collectors where in a hurry and the freeze thing probably wears off after a while maybe it needs those bugs to be constantly near them to stay frozen because if you didn't notice the people in the status had the bugs flying around them still. Sorry if that didn't make sense.

Edit: I agree with that other person if they are a clone i going to kill somthing or at least fly to america and kick some one in the nuts.
