Ok so i got it for my pc and im all happy turns out after i download and start playing it my poor computer cant handle the game, and apparently amazon which I bought it from somehow already activated cerberus network. I then got frustrate and said screw it and went to gamestop and got mass effect 2 for xbox 360. Heres my main question, will my cerberus network work on my xbox, or will i have to waste $15 to even get it.

You will have to be more clear. I believe most of what you are asking about has only peripheral relation to the game, and deal with the web site. There is a separate forum for Site Help, gamer to gamer, and if you will check the forum descriptions, you will see that all official support is through EA's Help.

If you bought ME2 nwe for the Xbox, then it comes with the Cerberus Network. If you bought it used, then no. You will have to contact EA support and hope you get a kind hearted rep who will bend the rules for you and move the entitlements from PC to Xbox for you.
