Hi i entered my shale code and my dragon armour code but it didnt apper with and downloadable options and when i talk to the guy at the pass for the dowload device thing it says im not connected to the my playstation network or the dragon age server which is bs because i am can anyone help me withthis ?

I had a simple problem when the game launched that kept me from getting my armor. You may have thought of this already, not sure. Make sure your account on here is the same as the one you use for the PSN. If not, contact EA Customer Support. I sent a few emails to Bioware with no answer, only had to talk to EA once.

Thats the problem I have too. I registered to EA with my PSN email but recently changed my email and activated all my DLC on a new account made with my new email and even tho I changed my PSN email too my PSNs still linked to my old EA account...
Your just gonna have to email EA if thats the problem Bioware don't seem to care too much. Others are saying thats how they fixed it and I guess it takes time seeing as its now day 3 for me and still nothing.
