I bought Dragon Age Origins Ultimate on steam yesterday and everything worked fine, now today all of my dlc is unauthorized i redeemed my dlc code on the correct account AND im logged into the correct account in game, it still says that they are unausthorized. is there an issue with the servers? it is able to connect to them and i really want to play

EDIT: i have also run the diagnostic app from the troubleshooting faq and it still doesn't work.

I have also done everything in the troubleshooting forums, the game is even registered to my account, doesn't work. HELP

When i hit refresh it changes and says that its authorized, then shortly after it says that its not.

Unfortunately saying you've "tried everything" the FAQs/stickies doesn't help much.  There's a lot of info there.  After checking them out thoroughly, please come back and say exactly what you've tried and what happened or didn't happen.  Also, more info about your setup might help.

Some of these will be especially helpful, seeing as you have a DLC problem.  You may be lucky and get a result just from patching to 1.05 (Ultimate Edition comes as ver 1.04; and 1.05 specifically addresses DLC/authentication issues).

Okay i have:
DA:O Ultimate
Steam version
The patch is 1.4 i believe

Specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 2.80 GHz
RAM 4 gigs
Radeon HD 6570 1gig of video ram, most recent driver and catalyst
VIA HD Audio
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

no mods

I have redeemed my game registration and my dlc codes, ive checked to see that they are both indeed on my account. I have already connected to the servers and it still says its unauthorized, it was working fine last night when i bought it. I have restarted my pc, still didn't work. The updater service is not blocked by a firewall or antivirus and it is running in the background when i start the game. sometimes i click refresh on the dlc window in game and it says that everything is enabled, when i go to play it says it isn't, i am logged into my correct account in game.

My dlc does repeatedly deauthorize when logged out.

Where can i download the patch for 1.5 for steam, does steam not auto update da:o u ?

currently i am reinstalling but a dlownload link would be nice, though i assumed steam would keep me updated

apparently steam doesn't auto update to 1.5, can someone fix this issue? its still giving me unauthorized

Indeed, Steam should auto update. However, it is possible to turn that feature off. Is it possible you did so accidentally? If not, then I am not sure what to do as I do not use Steam. Perhaps there is a Steam support that will be more helpful than EA's usually is....
