I don't know if this has to do with the unauthorized DLC, because I never got that problem. But I am new to PC gaming, enjoyed Dragon Age on Xbox, so I got it for PC, bought the Ultimate Edition, I played it for awhile, and I stopped, I get on it today, and it says none of my DLC is bought and paid for, nonexistent. I have to rebuy everything, but as I said, I have the Ultimate Edition, does anyone know what is going on? Please help.

Ok will someone please help me? I just downloaded the Ultimate Edition off of Steam and I am having a number of problems. First of all, Steam keeps telling me that I need to enter two different promotional codes but so far it has only asked me for one so I don't know what that is about.
Second, I start the game and log in, but it tells me my DLC is there but unauthorized. When I click new game, it then tells me I need to log into an account that has already downloaded the content otherwise it won't show up.
Third, when I bypass this and go to the character creator I also have problems. If I create a male, I can decide my origin and then proceed with no trouble. But if I create a female character, I can only decide the origin and as soon as I press next the game crashes and a window pops up saying "this program has stopped working." I can either check online for a solution or just close the game and I have tried both. Pleeeease help me!
Also, I have tried the a solution that has something to do with locating a program file called "Redist" but when I try I can't even find the file on my computer. Again, help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I have gone through the entire forum, and I found and solved most of my problems. I went to all of his links that related to my predicament.

My problem is, I found the solve for getting Awakening back(its completely missing) by going through the addins, only probably, I've looked and studied the addins, Awakening's addin is completely missing, the file itself is not there.
