Are there any open world campaigns/modules for NwN 2 that would play similar to Elder Scrolls?
Yes I have both Oblivion and Skyrim, but I'm curious about the potential for NwN2 mods.

Alright found Wulverheim post below... But it would be nice to know if there are others.

Path of Evil and Legend of White Plume mountain are sandbox type mods. They are more open style than some of the more story driven ones.

Sounds like you'd like some persistent worlds.

No, most of the persistent worlds I've tried in NwN2 don't do it for me, very little questing to do. I like finding quests in Skyrim and completing them in addition to the exploration. I haven't found a lot of PW's that offer a good mix of both, most of them seem to either be RP your own story, (not interested in a graphic chatroom) or hack and slash (not interested in that either)

I've played a lot of Skyrim. There's nothing really like that in NWN2. You simply need a team of people working making content for something like that. As M. Reider said,White Plume Mountain or Path of Evil are probably your best non PW bets. White Plume Mountain is generally wilderness based, while Path of Evil has most of it's quests in/near cities. Wolverheim is a PW made playable in single player, I haven't played it personally. I think there were a couple other PW's that were released for single player, can't find them though. And the Baldur's Gate 1 remake is coming out when it's done, it looks like work on that is entering the last laps.Emeraq wrote...

Or in the meantime, just play Baldur's Gate.
