While I was equipping Ashley in ME1 via the locker in the Normandy, the menu became unresponsive and I was unable to exit out of it until I hit the escape key. The game became responsive again, but I somehow wound up with two Ashleys in my party on the Normandy (one with all the items I gave her, and a copy with base items and no allocated skill points). I had just gotten through equipping my entire roster and didn't want to go through that nightmare again, so I did a quick save to see if the problem would go away when I reloaded. It did, or so I thought. I wound up with the copy, so I had to equip her with new items and reallocate her skill points, which was mildly annoying but not a big deal.
Come a few missions later, Ashley's conversation tree is not progressing along with everyone else. The only thing I can ask her about is the previous mission. At first, I thought I simply needed to progress a little farther, but nothing has changed and it's becoming a little disconcerting. If there's a problem, is there some data file I can edit to fix this issue or am I just royally screwed?
