I am really upset about the communication on this. If I can get an email this morning that says "Go download your pre-order" and it doesn't work, why can't I get an email that says "this is the problem , and here is when it will be fixed." Instead I need to hunt around on various message boards and what not to try to figure out what is going on. D2D, take note, I've purchased SEVERAL applications from D2D, and I'm thinking this is the last time, the customer service is HORIBBLE!

Downloading too. Anyone else downloading an encrypted zip file? I thought it would require the download manager. Maybe that's what they were having problems with?

I'm pretty sure you should be downloading it with the manager or that crappy bloatware thing they try to shove on you
Otherwise it supposedly won't unlock right

Yeah you're right! You have to be in internet explorer for the download to trigger the download manager. I was using chrome! Man! That would have sucked on Tuesday!

Got the file, now we wait until it unlocks... so we get free stuff for purchasing the "Deluxe Edition" and for creating characters with the Character Creator download and uploading them to the site, anyone else know of ways to get "goodies" at the start of the game?

I could see the DLCs being included in the digital copies. Everything else will be handled in the same way probably as boxed copies.
