[The Elder King]

I'm currently replaying ME2. I've finished all the LM, plus LOTSB ans
nearly all the side quest. I've just completed the Reaper IFF quest, and
EDI reported me that the IFF is ready, and I can't do Legion's LM, I
didn't even activate Legion yet.. In my previous playtrough I left one
LM before doing the Reaper IFF. Maybe I should've left one LM before
doing the Reaper IFF quest, or it's all this related to LOTSB?

You can activate Legion & get his loyalty mission, but if you go to the map, the cutscene with the Collectors abducting your crew occurs.
