when i first installed the ultimate edition dragon age origins, i had no issue. Now that i have installed windows vista and updated all drivers i seem to be having some bad issues with the graphics displaying correctly, during the char creation screen i have spotlights of all different colors switching while i try to see the char i am creating, and in game anytime i turn there is a green screen that blocks me from seeing anything. I need some help please.

Unlikely. EA is one of the worst for support.
There aren't many people in this forum that know as much tech as Gorath here, especially regarding graphics issues. It is a perfectly reasonable request to expect people to read stickies at the top of forums, especially ones about rules or ones that say "Read First... ".
