The stupid freaking door on ilos isn't opening. It's the door to the archive room and it won't open. I don't know how to fix this or why it's happening and bioware really doesn't seem to care that their game is broken. There little to no information on this problem and I really really don't want to have to replay aherns survival mission again.

What have you done, and where are you. Something better than Ilos would be a big help, specifics...be very specific as to what you have done and what isn't opening.

1) If on PC, read the "How to Report" thread, and post accordingly. You claim there is no information on the problem, and you follow that trend by giving us no information on your problem.
