For some reason while building an area, I can no longer see baked areas such as the walkmesh and unwalkable areas, when i have the  Baked button and Walkmesh button selected.

If i click to unselect the Baked button, then the walkmesh shows up but not the unwalkable areas, such as wallmesh cutter areas, and placeables not converted to environmental objects.

Has anyone come across this?

If so, how do I fix this?

If not, then any suggestions?

Any help is appreciated. Posted Image

Have you baked the area yet?

Yes The areas are baked.

If I bake other areas that do not have this problem, then they too will have this bug.

As for pictures here are some below  ;

Here Surface Mesh and Baked are not selected

Only Surface Mesh is selected

As you can see the walkmesh can be viewed, but it not the areas that have been made unwalkable using Walkmesh Cutter.   Those Boulders and roots should show up as being unwalkable if Baked was selected, yet they dont.  Also placeables not converted to environmental objects also do not show up as not being walkable.

Can you walk in it in-game? One possibility is that too many unwalkable objects, or over-complicated walkmesh cutter geometry, made most tiles wholly unwalkable.

No i can't walk through it in game, the walkmesh cutters still do their job. The bug is that I cant see the unwalkable wareas in toolset as I'm working.

Its just a hassle not being able to see what parts are baked or not. Really make me have ot remember all the time as some times I have environmental objects over walkmeshcutters and I may waste time adding another walkmesh again in the same spot. I have doen this a few times now.

The toolset doesn't work that way. Also, the walkmesh cutter is the only blue trigger, so if you leave triggers viewable, it should be apparent.

Well apparently my toolset is doing/workign this way.

If you look at my screenshots you can see the blue line representing the walkmesh cutters, so you know I have the triggers set on viewable. What I cant see, are the unwalkable areas that are no longer walkable because of the walkmesh cutter and/or placeables that are not converted into environmental objects.

Either way, its most likely a bug and I am in the process of rebuilding the areas, grouping placeables/environmental objects and copyoing them over to the remade areas. Its boring, but at least its not starting from scratch.

I see I was mistaken. I didn't understand what you were saying. That is unusual. No idea.
