I wouldn't normally post in a forum about this, but finding any method of contacting EA is proving rediculously difficult.
I finally managed to speak to someone via LiveChat, but they told me to post in the forums, so here goes.
Can someone from EA/BioWare please contact me urgently regarding purchase of BioWare points.
I have purchased points via PayPal twice today. The first transaction went through fine and the points appeared. They were then used to purchase some DLC.
The second went through PayPal and I have the receipt, but the points have not appeared.
On the transaction history it says "unconfirmed".
