Ok so, whether using the stand alone character gen or the in game character gen you can't simply import or export faces, if you do it through the stand alone tool your stuck with class and origin selection and with the in game creator you cant seem to do it at all.

With this in mind I resorted to what people had to do with the other bio game Mass Effect by starting to catalogue faces "slider" positions by way of screenshots, example below:

tiny.cc/GuWbB

This allows me to use the same "Face" on a different class and means I don't have to worry about the inherent limitations when creating faces in advance.

My question put simply, is this the only solution, there is no simple way to export/import faces without being limited to class/origin?

If I understand you correctly, then this isn't necessary, morph files can be shared directly so long as the characters are of the same race and sex. As for how to do this, there is a tutorial floating around, but I have an abridged version in one of my face morph mods here:

http://dragonagenexu...file.php?id=133

Note that the hf for human female prefix is used here, if you were dealing with a dwarven male morph, the prefix would be dm_ for dwarven male.

Edit: This is of course assuming both the creator and the person trying to replicate the look are on the PC, otherwise copying sliders seems to be the only method.
