For starters I sold Legion, I don't have Thane loyal,  and I don't have Tali loyal. I don't have the Multi-Core shielding, Thanix Cannon, and Armor Plating. I have Kasumi and Zaeed, both loyal.

Use the Suicide Mission Calculator. Unfortunately, it can't work backwards, but you can punch in what characters/loyalties/ship upgrades you have, choose your squad members, and see who lives/dies at the end.
