They have not released the Collector Rifle/Armor set from the CE and the Terminus/Blackstorm set also have not been released as mass release DLC.
If Bioware wants to stay true to their statement where they said that they want the CE for ME3 to be for the long time and true fans, they wont be releasing anything that comes with the CE for everyone.
Honestly I'm glad I can claim with some certainty that I only have to share some of my bonuses with a small number of people and not have to worry about it being put up for sale later.
EDIT: Well ****... I got ninja'd by Chris.

Currently, we have no plans to make the CE material downloadable unless you purchase the CE. This could change in the future, but we have no plans to do so currently.
I think you should make plans for this and the exclusive store dlc to be made availiable on a later date for everyone like what Rocksteady did with both Batman games they released with the latest being Arkham City. Unlike some people I am ok with sharing the CE DLC with others because I am getting other physical things with the CE like a Tin case for my game. I am such a sucker for CE editions when a Tin Case is involved.
And plus I know you guys wouldnt be handing that out for free so yeah. Sharing is caring.

You did allow PS3 users to buy every single piece of ME2 DLC's.
Why not for PC and XBOX360?
And why not give option to buy DLC items that were exclusive to CE or pre-order to certain retailers in following months or year?
You'll gain more money.
It's win-win for everyone.

There you go using your thinking meat again. You are never going to fit in around here if you keep doing that.
TROO FANZ BUY 1ST DAY.
DISREGARD SMART CONSUMERISM, ACQUIRE DIGITAL TCHOTCHKES HELD FROM RELEASE.
Seriously though, a rational explanation for this would be appreiciated.

I don't think I understand what you mean.
You mean an option to buy DLC that used to be part of CE or retail exclusive in later months or even a year is bad thing to ask?
And why not do it?
Really?
PS3 got the option to buy those, why not PC and XBOX360?
Just because PS3 came year later, it doesn't mean to exclude other users from those DLC items just because they either didn't had money at the time, live in country that is not supported by that or got in that game later in following months or year just because they play on different platform.
Only thing EA/Bioware is doing by that is to encourage braking Site Rule 7, since fans on different platforms have no other way to get those DLC's.
I mean, really?
It's too much to ask for an option to buy those DLC items?
A lot of developers are doing with their CE and retail exclusives, why not Bioware?
You'll be making lot of fans happy and you'll gain some money in process.

Ready for the twist? You actually DO understand what I mean, better than you realize.
Funny how lots of people can agree that NOT jerking the consumer around is a totally cool thing that cool people totally can do, eh Mr. Priestly?
