I've been through all (I think) the help/faq/troubleshooting threads and I cannot seem to be able to fix my issue but first the details:

Game version: 1.05
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU    Q6600  @ 2.40GHz
Clock Speed: 2393 MHz
Physical Memory: 3.99 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS
Driver Version: 285.79

Game vendor is Amazon and it's a digital download copy, I have the ultimate edition version of the game although I did have problems registering my code in origin (Origin suppot replaced my ultimate edition code with 3 codes, one for origin, one for awakening and the last for dlc) game downloaded through Origin client and all my codes are registered here and under my user_entitelments I can see all the DLC's registered to me.

Now I am logged in to the game but when I go to download DLC tab all three tabs are empty, my dragon age services is started and is running with admin rights (so is the game) I tried the fixes mentioned in other threads but nothing seems to make a difference, the only thing I noticed is when trying to do this step

3.3.1. Cleaning the Dragon Age Updater data to force the game to redetect and redownload/reinstall all your DLC

1.)
Windows XP :  Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type cmd and press ENTER
Windows Vista & 7 : Run CMD as administrator as per section 3.1.5
2.) In the command line type net stop DAUpdaterSvc
3.) Navigate normally with My Computer to 'My Documents\\\\BioWare\\\\DragonAge\\\\Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml'

Some people reported that deleting or renaming (as to not lose the files just in case) all the .xml from that folder helped them when only Manifext.xml didn't do the trick.

I could'nt find a Manifest.xml file in the settings folder, I tried deleting the whole Dragon Age folder from My Documents and wehn I logged in the game again the foler was created but still no Manifest.xml file.

The only other thing I can think of is about when the game was first released my brother installed the game on this pc (not sure which copy, he borrowd from a friend) but that was uninstalled long ago.

I don't think I missed any of the troubleshooting threads but if you have an idea of what might be wrong please stear me in the right direction.

Appreciate any help I get on this issue.

And apparently I cant post in the correct forum, will keep this here just in case someone could help me out but if it's not allowed please just delete it as I will be creating the thread in the Origin's forum.

first, after acquiring the DLC packs did you download and install them? (they are self executing files) Then load and log in to your game and the statues should be in either Gamlen's house if in act one or, in the Hawke Estate if in acts two or three.

Since I have never been interested in digital copies of anything like a game, I never buy DLC, or try to collect any "free" DLC bits.  The reason I am adding a comment is to clarify the "can't post" situation.  The DA: O Tech Discussion forum doesn't have any limitation requiring registration of the game to post there.  The DA2 Tech forum does have such a profile requirement, but it looks to me at first glance that you have registered everything that can be registered, so were you still in orocess of updating the profile as you wrote this?

What did the site tell you when you tried to create a new thread in the DA: O tech forum?  (You did create one there, an hour later.)

Another thing, have you gone to activate.ea.com and filled that out then made sure you have origin (formerly EA Download manager) and that it is up to date? For me (Origin DD) The core.exe of Origin does run when i install and activate DLC, perhaps you need that since your code from Amazon would be an EA (vs. Steam) code.

Say, there, glad to have another hand to offer some answers! Things had been very dead, even over the holidays, until after the first of the year.
