I've been through all (I think) the help/faq/troubleshooting threads and I cannot seem to be able to fix my issue but first the details:
Game version: 1.05
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU    Q6600  @ 2.40GHz
Clock Speed: 2393 MHz
Physical Memory: 3.99 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS
Driver Version: 285.79

Game vendor is Amazon and it's a digital download copy, I have the ultimate edition version of the game although I did have problems registering my code in origin (Origin suppot replaced my ultimate edition code with 3 codes, one for origin, one for awakening and the last for dlc) game downloaded through Origin client and all my codes are registered here and under my user_entitelments I can see all the DLC's registered to me.

Now I am logged in to the game but when I go to download DLC tab all three tabs are empty, my dragon age services is started and is running with admin rights (so is the game) I tried the fixes mentioned in other threads but nothing seems to make a difference, the only thing I noticed is when trying to do this step

3.3.1. Cleaning the Dragon Age Updater data to force the game to redetect and redownload/reinstall all your DLC

1.)
Windows XP :  Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type cmd and press ENTER
Windows Vista & 7 : Run CMD as administrator as per section 3.1.5
2.) In the command line type net stop DAUpdaterSvc
3.) Navigate normally with My Computer to 'My Documents\\\\BioWare\\\\DragonAge\\\\Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml'

Some people reported that deleting or renaming (as to not lose the files just in case) all the .xml from that folder helped them when only Manifext.xml didn't do the trick.

I could'nt find a Manifest.xml file in the settings folder, I tried deleting the whole Dragon Age folder from My Documents and wehn I logged in the game again the foler was created but still no Manifest.xml file.

The only other thing I can think of is about when the game was first released my brother installed the game on this pc (not sure which copy, he borrowd from a friend) but that was uninstalled long ago.

I don't think I missed any of the troubleshooting threads but if you have an idea of what might be wrong please stear me in the right direction.

Appreciate any help I get on this issue.

It should be there.  At least, I have always seen it there on any retail disc installation.  Maybe digital downloads use a different folder?

Thanks for the reply, I do not believe it's stored anywhere else (I tried a search and it came up with nothing) so you think this is the main reason why my list is empty ?

Well, that file is to do with game content so I would say that was possible As to why it's not there or where it is is a good question, given the information so far.  Did you also look in C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\ or wherever the actual program files are installed?  Perhaps your installation puts some config files in a sub-folder there, rather than the 'My Documents" route.

The issue regarding the your three codes instead of the normal Ultimate Edition that comes with two (1 CD-key and one 'coupon' code for DLC) is unusual. I suspect that the root cause of the DLC issue may be more to do with the third code than a sympomatic manifest.xml. After all, if the installation and registrations are not correct that might be affecting the way the game build the config files.

What do you see when you go to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php?  What's present (or not) on that page may help.

Also, in the steps you mention above, remember to re-start the daupdater service after tinkering.

I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out and I would like to thank you for your replies to others which helped me in tracking down the area I'm having trouble with.

To answer your questions, my game is installed in "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Origin Games\\Dragon Age" and no there is no Manifest.xml in there either, the issue with the code is that Amazon issued me the wrong codes and thats when Origin support replaced them with the 3 codes (Base game, Awakening & DLC's) but I doubt the issue is with that I mean if I have the game installed and conected to my e-mail address why wouldnt show the DLC's if it recognizes my login details, I did restart daupdatersvc everytime I did something new to no avail.

Here is what I see under user_entitelments (you might want to open in new page for larger view)

That's a bigger list than mine and does seem to have the UE stuff in it.  Unfortunately that confuses me more!

Short of a complete uninstall and re-install, not sure how to rebuild that file on a digital download installation....  :(

I contacted Origin support once more, now they gave me a code for the Ultimate Edition, uninstalled Dragon Age: Origins and Origin client, doing a fresh install of the client and the Ultimate Edition version, hope this works.
