Hello there I downloaded Dragon Age through Steam and I can't play cause will not load. I hit the play button and get Dragon Age: Origins Configuration Utility has stopped working and says to close program. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and does same thing.

That's nowhere near enough information. Read the "Read First" sticky before anything else, run searches with professional Search Engines after that, and only when you have run into a blank wall, hope for answers from live people. There are maybe half a dozen experienced players who drop in here from time to time any longer, and between us, we don't know everything to answer when we do come by. Official support is on EA, there has seldom been any Bioware presence, and now there is none.
