 I've downloaded quite a bit of extra stuff for ME2, but arrival and shadow broker refuses to install. I've paid for them both, and also tried downloading them again, but installiing masseffect2- 1.02.exe" appears and doesnt progress. It'll stay there permanantly if i don't close it down. Considering I'v paid for them, and I have enough memory left on my laptop, i feel quite ripped off. Any ideas on how to fix this before I make an official complaint?

Personally, I avoid digital downloads, any kind related to games. Hardly anyone is in here any more; maybe a half dozen of us, and we just do not know every answer that there is. There is nothing official here, no Bioware, no EA. You can reach EA through the links at the bottoms of the pages here.

If you have examined Kloreep's FAQs lists, and run searches using a (professional) decent engine, not the abortion in the site, and been unsuccessful, you'll just have to contact EA for any "official" anything.

1) Please register the game on the forums. This is not an accusation, but given the spate of users with illegally downloaded copies coming to the forums asking for help, forum registration is the only way we can be sure we are dealing with a legit copy. Illegally downloaded copies include hacked and modified files which could be either corrupt, or full of malware. Once its registered, we will be happy to help. Forums Registration here;
