Convey love? I think not.. maybe lust. I am of the opinion that sexuality is not much more than an urge remaining from mankind's less evolved past, when pleasure and naturally produced narcotics were needed to keep the species around. Modern man can use it for anything from recreation to a weapon, but I believe tying and tangling it up with love is usually detrimental to all involved. Eventually I suppose I would probably give in to my base desires if I were stuck on a ship in space.

It may just be that they don't feel the need to mention a "brief and undetailed" (to use their words) sex scene in a 15 rated game as compared to a 12 like Mass Effect

God no.
I'm pretty sure the dialogues in ME1 took more time than an hour.
Maybe you're right about automated dialogues (like the one you saw in the leaked Beta with Shepard, Anderson, Vega, Ashley and the Trial) but not the classic click-your-decision-dialogues.

ME isn't a particuarly violent game. There's guns and what not, but nothing particuarly shocking. Of course with the ammount of **** I've seen on the internet it's pretty hard to shock me. Probably a bad thing.

Note that the previous games violence was only considered "moderate".  So this is probably a step up in the level of gore.

Thanks to the latest trailer, ME3 was given an M rating due to Blood, Partial Nudity, Sexual Content, Strong Language, and Violence. Now that, to me at least, suggests some kind of sex scene.

The most interesting data from this topic for me personally has been the fact that they had ME1 listed as containing nine minutes more than ME2. ME2 is a longer game for certain, and it feels like there are more cutscenes involved. I'd be interested in learning precisely what constitute 'cutscenes' in accordance with their system.
