the black hole thing is useless.

not
if you time it right, friend. It basically sucks in the enemies and
then blows them outwards; that's pretty cool and useful if you ask me. I
know it worked like a charm against the husks in the Reaper level.

Yeah, on casual [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/joyful.png[/smilie]

noooooo
I used it on my Insanity playthrough and it actually was pretty decent.
Just have to place it in the middle of the group.

It barely does something against the armor of husks.
[/quote]
well that's why you use powers (inferno grenade or area warp ftw) to quickly burn away Husks' armour then POW right in the face with the blackhole... not saying it's for everyone but I loved it

Dear Bioware/EA:
This bull****
with retailer exclusives is the last straw. I put up with the extreme
changes between ME1 and 2. I put up with that crap you called Dragon Age
2. I've considered bothering with your spyware that is Origin. I put up
with EA online pass. I put up with that POS Silverman calling everyone
who remembered anything from ME1 autistic(along with not being able to
do math. How is a game from '07 seven years old in 2011?), and made it
seem as if there was going to be no consequences from old decisions at
all. I could even ignore the fact that you're giving exclusive crap to
Game
scamStop. In fact, even this, making your fans have to buy
multiple copies of the game to get everything, I could turn a blind eye
to if it weren't for all this other stuff.
There are other games
from other companies that still at least act like they care about their
customers, and my money is just as easily spent there then on this. If
something from the above could be changed to make it seem like you
aren't trying to screw us on one of the last good game series, ME3 would
easily be a buy for me, but at this stage, nothing is going to change.
I'm not going to reward you with my money when other companies still
care enough to work for it, without making me pay double to get the full
package and insulting me for being a fan.

Dude it's one gun! And you only talked about the stuff that you could look past not what actually made you go over the edge. So I open the floor to you so to speak. Let it out. I'll share a story with you: I wasn't able to get the collectors of ME2. I didn't get the collector armour/gun for the longest time. I wanted it though. Then lo and behold the gun was stil available for this magical thing called "Digital Deluxe Edition." Not saying you'll get the Valkyrie or Defender Armour for sure that way but considering BioWare's history has been to spread content between platforms...dude, just wait for the DDE price to come down and get the AT-12 Raider that way (if you care about it) I mean with gamestop you'd already get the Defender armour the Argus AND the Valkyrie....even if you hate GameStop (I disagree but can see your point there...I've had nothing but good experiences with GameStop....for instance I bought James Bond 007 Blood Stone online (used). It refused to work in my 360. I brought it into my store and they refunded my money--including, and this shocked me--the shipping costs. then they let me exchange it for a New copy. Normally you can only exchange Used for Used. (at least i think thats the case) In all I walked out of the store having dropped an additional $2. So thats my story. I have only had good eperiences with them.

...It's just a GUN for pre-ordering...
If
you're actually going to buy another copy for $60 for a GUN that might
be released later for just several dollars... you're just stupid.

Seriously,
anyone complaining that they don't have EVERY weapon in the game has a
serious case of OCD and should get something for that. This isn't
"screwing you over, this isn't Bioware being indoctrinated by the
rEApers(so clever), this is a company, selling exclusivity to 2 items to
the largest video game retailer in the US and Canada, a company that
has feelers out to nearly every first world nation and some second and
third world ones. They paid out the butt for some exclusive content and
then EA decided to make their system a little more appealing.
[/quote]
Lol.. [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/lol.png[/smilie]
Now if Bioware was selling the "perfect ending" as DLC, I'll go knock them out myself. [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/angel.png[/smilie]

^This.

I have an important question. I am in
Asutralia and have already pre-ordered the Collector's Edition from an
electronics retailer called: 'JB-HI-FI'. If I want ALL the Pre-Order
items, does this mean I must CANCEL the order, and preorder over at
EB-Games...OR will the bonuses be given out at JB-HI-FI...? I would love
to have an answer.
BTW, remember the days when all the content
that was made for a videogame CAME WITH THE GAME when you bought it
NOMATTER WHEN, WHERE OR HOW YOU BOUGHT IT? It's disappointing when I
miss out on content just because of where I live or which retailer I
bought the game from. Remember that Dr. Pepper deal which most people
around the world didn't get because they weren't American? It's worse
that Bioware or EA didn't make those items available for purchase later!
I would prefer to own ALL CONTENT that was made for ME3. I don't want
to miss out on choice which is what the game is about![/quote]
Mass Effect was a great example of that. the two DLCs were nice but not at all important.
Mass Effect 2 was another example....the only DLC that is crucial storyline wise is
Arrival, however even that isn't crucial because
Mass Effect 3 is going to start with the built in assumption that
Arrival was played no matter what. I look through the DLC list for the first two games and can't think of a single DLC I absolutely had to have it. yes it would be nice if all content was released Day One (and I still want the Dr. Pepper stuff....but have given up) but some of the content is developed after the game is released and time constraints whether you want to buy into that or not.
well this post is longer than I planned originally....that's all for now folks!
[/quote]
To the bottom line.
LotSB DERP! you can't be serious that DLC atleast was not worth buying.
