Quick question for anyone who knows. I apologize if it seems stupid or was already answered elsewhere, I searched and found nothing pertaining specifically to my question.

Just pre-ordered my physical copy of the CE from Gamestop, in store. I asked the guy at the desk about the bonus, and he said it would be included. I know that physical orders from Gamestop are supposed to have the bonus code printed on the receipt. Mine did not.

My question is whether I should have gotten the code printed on my pre-order receipt, or if it will be on the one I receive when picking the game up on launch day. I only ask because I have no desire to be screwed out of the one reason I chose to buy from the evil empire.

You can always ask them at launch. I pre-ordered mine a few months ago, and I'll still be able to get the pre-order bonus.

I ordered from Amazon months ago too, and I was able to cancel and reorder at Gamestop just this past week. So you should be fine.

i pre orderd mine CE months ago to, the game isnt even out yet and the CE not even in the store so they have enough time to put the 3 extra contents in the game before te pre orders are getting deliverd i suppose that would solve a lot of problems if they did..

normally, for me anyways, they end up being on a piece of paper inside the box, whether it is a new game or used.  at least that is for me so hope that also makes you feel better.  I pre-ordered the guide through gamestop yesterday and already have the game pre-ordered from Origin.  wonder if that is a loophole to get me all the current pre-oreder stuff.  ha ha.  I am going to go nuts though going through all the pages of the guide because the game won't be on it's way till 3-6-12 so it will take a while before it gets to me.  downside to buying online.  but I had a promo code so it made the collector's edition $60 for me ^.^  so it is worth it  ^.^

I just found my preorder receipt from Gamestop last night. I was looking at it earlier and noticed that nowhere on there does it specify that I preordered for 360. Doesnt say anything about PC or PS3 either so its probably nothing, but I'd hate to get there to pick up and they have a PC copy on reserve instead of my 360 order. Did anyone else have the same thing on their receipts or should I give my GS a call to make sure they have my preorder right?

Be at ease, my friend. As long as you specified what console you ordered for at the time of the pre-order, and when you go to pick up the game, they will have it on file because they record pre-orders so people don't waltz in and say "yo I pre-ordered game xxx a while ago I paid $50 down here's $10." that would be terrible. So GameStop records the pre-orders on their computer system and can look them up by telephone number, which I am sure you were asked for at the time

I pre-ordered Ace Combat: Assault Horizon for Xbox 360 at GameStop, had the same situation (nowhere did it say 'Xbox 360' on my receipt), and it worked out well.

I don't get it - how come Game UK is supposedly confirmed for bonus content, yet they're still not bringing it up on their site? Seems odd seeing as they're missing out on a bunch of sales if they really are the only UK retailer getting the bonuses...

If you order it for the 360 or PS3, yes: you won't have to install Origin.
