For aussie gamers you don't need to pre-order with EB Games in order to recieve the N7 warfare gear. You can pre-order from GAME and get them too. Link below.

Add me to the list of dumb people who missed out on the Collector's edition pre-order window. I was waiting to see who gave what in terms of pre-order incentives, got confused with (and Christmas stuff too) the details because different places give different stuff but it wasn't all released before the window closed.

According to Chris yes, but according to the EB Oz website ?, im trying to find out from my local store manager (EB NZ) to find out if we are getting the N7 Warfare Gear (because its the same over here, nothing on the website).

Yep you are right, the store manager just called me back and said that (as with space marine and a couple of other gamestop exclusive dlc's) EB NZ and Australia arent getting the Warfare Pack (and by some weird reason) the N7 edition is not getting the M55 (which according to Chris all games are getting it ), but Mightyape Australia and New Zealand are getting the Warfare Pack as a preorder bonus though.

I believe it comes with everything minus the N7 patch, so that's a yes.

No N7 Armor+Rifle is seperate retailer exclusives only, it dosen't come with DDE.

If by N7 armor you mean the, well, N7 armor, which Shepard wears on posters and stuff - then it's definitely in the game, but I believe you meant the Defender armor which, along with the N7 Valkyrie assault rifle, is a pre-order bonus for Gamestop. Isn't included in the N7 Edition if you don't pre-order from them.

I'd say keeping the community abreast of what's going on with these preorder bonuses is very much falls within 'Community Coordination'. Especially when the marketing departments seems to have done their absolute darndest to confuse the community about what the hell is going on.

Nonsense. While incomplete, I've still provided considerably more information than he has using just my elbow grease (Not to mention I can spell the word 'the'). Zero reason he can't do the same, but sticky it and put that BioWare logo under the post so people can find it easily. Instead, now they have to be lucky enough to hit page 26 of this enormous thread, or know about the Mass Effect wiki. Judging by the fact people keep asking what's happening, 26 pages in, they don't.

That's how marketing works, info may be crawling all over the net, but an official statement is not due a specific date in the future. Happened many times. Nothing Chris can do about it.

He did say that more info on retailer pre-orders would come soon. I guess they're working on the full list.

Really, it's a massive jerkass move to continue with the BS "retailer bonus" deals. It does nothing but ****** off the consumer.
