If you want to go around ordering copies from different places trying to get all the pre-order bonus that may or may not be coming(would have thought they would have told us if any other retailers had exclusive bonuses). That is a you thing and not the fault or problem of Bioware. Being a fan has nothing to do with deciding who gets the bonuses,it's who paid for them and in this case gamestop was willing to paid for special pre-order bonuses. I doubt Bioware does this as a way to slight anyone and just looks at it as business.
For people who say that making you happy is good for business, that is not the most important thing. Making money is and that means they won't neglect sure fire ways of making money just purely to make you happy. They offer you options and it is your choice to decide which of those option is one you want to take.
Pre-order bonuses are ways to combat used games sales as they require you to buy the game new(so even gamestop's orders are new game sales instead of used game sales). Project ten dollars is their way of encouraging it even after the initial sales and making any loss from used game sales less.
