^If you get the shotgun by ordering from Origin then why would it be unavailable for console owners? The bonuses are not just for the PC.

You can order physical console copies of the game from Origin.  Chances are that isn't what most people are going to do though.  Most of the places that say 'PC only' aren't aware of this.

The only reason I'll have the shotty in my Xbox copy is because I'm getting the digital deluxe for PC on Origin.

HmmmmmMMmm... Amazon.com offers ME3 DDE as digital download. That means it's not only available (digitally) via Origin. Fingers crossed for Steam news.

So if I read all these posts and updates correctly, the only additional thing those of us who pre-ordered via origin get is a shotgun? As opposed to those who pre-order through gamestop who get armor. I freakin HATE gamestop, and I've already pre-ordered through origin. I'd much rather have juiced up armor. That's kind of a let down. Those who actually order through bioware/origin should definitely get all the best bonus items. Gamestop is bunch of crooks.

I have EB Games in my country (Australia) but 'GAME' down here says that the N7 Warfare pack is exclusive to them... I pre-ordered months ago through EB so I am confused.

For nearly 10 years of doing business with them GameStop's service has been nothing but excellent in my experience and I dealt with them in various parts of the US and the world. Origin on the opposite side same as all of EA's customer service has never been anything but the worst pit of incompetence and rudeness I've ever seen. I'd gladly order BioWare games through the BioWare store if they sold them and as far as the BioWare store goes I wouldn't mind if they had best preorder bonus but Origin and EA should have nothing....they don't even deserve to be in business as they don't do anything but reap the rewards of others' work, the work of great companies like BioWare.

I have to agree with you about GameStop. Whenever I walk in the nearest employee drops whatever they're doing (unless they're helping a customer) and asks me if I need help with anything. It's been like that since the first time I walked in. One time they didn't have the game so they called another store and the manager of that store drove down and dropped it off. No joke. Every experience I have had with GameStop has been very awesome and very positive.

Actually, Gamestop.com offers their Street Date Guarantee; if you pre-order and choose the most expensive shipping option (yes there IS always a catch! haha....) and it doesn't arrive on day one you get your shipping charges back. unfortunately, at least where I live, the most expensive option was $12 for shipping which made me happy I had a gift card to use.

LOL talk about GameStop, a few months ago I had a Holly-wood/Game Crazy store, but they ran out of business and last month GameStop moved in and saved me from pre-ordering from the GameStop in Olympia at least 45 mins away. They saved me gas money and we get local benefits.

EB Games Australia has an "Omniblade" Edition which is exclusive to them. It comes with a collector's tin box (similar to the box the ME2 CE came in) and a plastic inflatable Omniblade. It does NOT, however, come with all of the additional stuff that the ME3 CE comes with, so it's a very poor choice in my opinion.

So all things considered, unless you really like the idea of that inflatable Omniblade, I'd cancel your preorder with EB Games and preorder from GAME Australia if you want the N7 Warfare Gear.

If you could only have EITHER the gamestop pre-order pack (available on standard edition too), OR just the the CE items (from Amazon), which would you get?

My other option would be to get it for PS3 as I have both, but I don't think it's worth it to lose my character and game...

Right, this was my original question.  I can get the CE bonuses from Amazon, etc, OR I could still go to GS and pre-order the standard edition and only get the GS bonuses.  I was curious if it came down to one or the other, which ones were better?  I was more interested in the CE for the in game bonuses rather than the patch, book, etc.

There an official Bioware source/link for the Game UK pre-order bonus?
The ME3 pre-order FAQ says "A full breakdown of regions and availability of pre-order offers is coming soon. You can also check with your local retailer for more information about available pre-order offers."

The Mass Effect wiki provides details, but no actual source.

I just called Gamestop and they said that they were not taking anymore pre-orders for the collectors edition. They say this as I'm looking at my computer ready to check out on my pre-order. :/

Anyone know when the other stores will stop taking pre-oders for the collectors edition?

GAME are doing the N7 Warfare Pack for the UK. They just haven't updated their site yet.
