I got a reply from Game saying they haven't got pre-order deals but the pre-order page lists Game and even has a link to game.co.uk. Does anyone know if this a mistake on Game's part? Or is this just an overall mess-up?

Well, they should confirm it before release so people may have time to decide whether cancel pre-order or not. It's probably staff being uninformed as they reply about being unable to give any information.

Yeah that wud be me, ive heard nothing back from the emails ive sent to ill call both Game and EA after i get back from my doctors appointment in the morning. Im doing my best but someone pointed out on this thread earlier that if we all take screenies of the proof from the ME 3 site that Game is supposed to get the preorders that way if when release date comes and those of us who ordered off game dont get any preorder bonuses then we are well within our rights to contact EA and demand codes for the Bonuses as 1 of them companies messed up and it was ea who said Game was getting the bonuses in the 1st place. Thats what im planning because i want the physical edition not the digital one really.

Ill do my best tomorrow on this and keep everyone updated on this thread as and when i get any info. Ive also got my BF to keep an eye out for our friend who works in Game but hes gone off the radar ill, only problem is i dont have his number so im relying on his turning up on Facebook atm lol

Hi sorry but this doesn't answer my question at all.

I asked about the N7 Warfare gear and the M55 Argus rifle and the fact that you updated the Mass Effect 3 official Site saying that in the UK Game are getting that bonus off for all preorders. What i asked is why Game are saying they know nothing about it and why have you announced it if it isn't true. You have already limited the ways of how people in and around the UK can get the Collectors edition to one company which is Game so why can't this bit of miscommunication be solved. What i want to know is when the release date comes all of us who have ordered off Game will we get codes for the N7 Warfare gear and the M55 Argus rifle as that is pretty much what the Mass effect 3 official site as well as a few other third party sites are saying, that you as a company have confirmed Game will be participating in the pre-order bonus offer. that a kinder worded email than they would have got from me the only reason i haven't phoned them directly is my charges ridiculos rates for its landline and i'm not certiian if their numbers woulb be included in my phione contract. however i'll proably try to put into my local game tommorow and see if can get a better answer from them

Hi, trying to get some clear information regarding the pre-order offer for mass effect 3. The official mass effect 3 website clearly states that Game have the pre-order bonus in the uk as can be seen here: http://www.masseffec.../preorderbonus/
however there is no news from game itself can you please confirm or deny if the information provided by EA is true or not. Thank You

hereis there support page  https://help.ea.com/ then click on talk to an ea advisor log in to you orgin account and then fill in the deatils of your querry and select email me option. note i heard they try to do email within 24h hours so it might be rushed but some people have said if you mention in your message that your fine with it taking longer that seems to help

i go through EA help make sure the country selector is on UK and go through the motions picking mass effect 3 etc til the icon comes up.....itll be the only option as UK one dont have live chat...tho i just replied directly to the response i got and that email address is :

I just can't get my head around why both parties are sidestepping the question..... it makes me SO mad!!!!

Let's all just keep at it. I've contacted IGN too, they're big enough to get answers right away - if not a very bad looking article gos up and bioware/EA/GAME all look stupid

One of the most effective ways I've found is to get emails sent to the head honchos and let it filter down from there (senior managers, etc.)

Here's a link where the bottom has senior PR managers, etc. Emails to them usually prove more fruitful. Many emails from many fans are even more effective.

right guys i cant get hold of both EA and game....i was on hold with Game for 20mins before they cut me off and EA for about 15 mins before i got fed up of being on hold all the time plus im running late...what im gonna do is call them later this evening as i have to pop out for a couple of hours. If i dont get home before the cut off time ill call them in morning as i got nothing to do tomorrow anyways except to play pc games all day lol

Im sorry i cant be of much help today but ive had a doctors appointment this morning as ive had a problem with my dominant hand for months and this afternoon i have to go to hospital for a barrage of tests because the doctors don't know whats wrong, all they know is i've got the signs of carpal tunnel but they know i dont have that as ive had the tests for that already so im being a nuisance to them lol

yea i can understand that i wouldnt call them either if i didnt pay £2.50 per month to get them free myself. i get all calls to 0870, 0845 etc free but only for up to an hour at a time.

anyways off to hell i go unless someone wants to go hospital in my place :P:P
