this is some of the worst coordination between companies i've ever seen its not like they are small compaines with no real marketing deparments or anything.

@Black Master 09 - I hope Chris finds something out, im doing a complete run thru of Me1 and 2 and dont wanna miss out on anything, I just hope i finish in time as i plan to do a complete run thru doing all side missions, i need to do a perfect run thru staying loyal to Kaiden all the way

that kind of makes sense ecept they are publishing and relasing they info about in the press realse sectoin of the ea extranet. to me it seems like they are just sending default answers our way to distract us and make it seem they are being helpful

Why is that every single person on the EA client support is Indian or has a name that sounds Asian? Are they only hiring minorities or something?

It appears my initial issue has been resolved, so onto the second,
I want a direct answer from management on what is going on with the mass effect 3 pre order DLC.

EA and Bioware are publishing the fact that GAME preorders will receive the Argus Assault Rifle and N7 Warefare gear. GAME have posted this same info on their Twitter an Facebook and since removed it. There is a serious storm of concern on the net at the moment and NONE of us can get any answers.
Could you please look into this as I've preordered a £70 game based on what I've been promised, and now noone can tell me what's going on. I spoke to a GAME staff member and manager and they both looked at me as though I was speaking Chinese.
Are GAME providing the N7 Warefare gear and the Argus Assault Rifle as advertised, or not? I don't want a "we have no information at this time" - pass the message onto someone who can get the information because If EA are advertising that you're providing customers with something that you're not, you're going to have some seriously pissed off customers come March 9th.

i dojn't know either i had only heard about the through the ea extranet and i can't seem to find the article for people in the sates. it doesn't make sense according to biowares website but i can only assume bioware meant to most retailers not all

who wold like to see the pre-order stuff be put together and offered at all the store so it is fare to all and i also mean the shotgun as well why do the consloe and people that want to have a hard copy miss out on getting all the good stuff
