Spoke to Game, weren't much help she just checked here system said that they had nothing listed besides the release date, when i mentioned the ea website she said they had not recieved any information for ea regarding it and when they do they will update their website, so no further foward

this is some of the worst coordination between companies i've ever seen its not like they are small compaines with no real marketing deparments or anything.

Right spoke to EA, who were a little help but not much tbh he sounded like he was just reading from the website, at first he confirmed gamestop would be getting the warfare gear when i explained that we dont have gamestop and mentioned the official website listing game he checked and said yes its with Game, I asked why Game werent aware and he said he didnt know, I get the feeling they dont employ the brightest ppl and more so they have no interest in the the product or helping ppl they just read from a script

right im home now, did anyone have any luck? unfortunatly its too late to call ea and Game myself their lines close at 6 i think and my BF is on his way home so i have to get dinner ready (im starving anyways, waited over 5 hours in the hospital just to get told im being refered to a private specialist or something and havent eaten anything at all today)

@Black Master 09 - I hope Chris finds something out, im doing a complete run thru of Me1 and 2 and dont wanna miss out on anything, I just hope i finish in time as i plan to do a complete run thru doing all side missions, i need to do a perfect run thru staying loyal to Kaiden all the way

ok guys i got a 2nd answer off EA and they are just not saying anything at least to me. It says:

I apologize for the delay in response. The promotions are according to the retailer's promotion. Origin only provides digital download and that is why we do not have info about your question.

that kind of makes sense ecept they are publishing and relasing they info about in the press realse sectoin of the ea extranet.  to me it seems like they are just sending default answers our way to distract us and make it seem they are being helpful

Why is that every single person on the EA client support is Indian or has a name that sounds Asian? Are they only hiring minorities or something?

I pre-ordered the Collectors Edition for the Xbox 360 version on CD Universe,and i sended an email asking if the M55 Assault Rifle promotion was available on the site.But,for my surprise,it wasn't available,like it was said on the FAQ on the official site of Mass Effect 3 and in this Topic that Chris Priestly also said the same thing.So,is this something that is wrong,or the promotion isn't available on all the sites,like it was previously mentioned?

It appears my initial issue has been resolved, so onto the second,

I want a direct answer from management on what is going on with the mass effect 3 pre order DLC.

EA and Bioware are publishing the fact that GAME preorders will receive the Argus Assault Rifle and N7 Warefare gear. GAME have posted this same info on their Twitter an Facebook and since removed it. There is a serious storm of concern on the net at the moment and NONE of us can get any answers.

Could you please look into this as I've preordered a £70 game based on what I've been promised, and now noone can tell me what's going on. I spoke to a GAME staff member and manager and they both looked at me as though I was speaking Chinese.

Are GAME providing the N7 Warefare gear and the Argus Assault Rifle as advertised, or not? I don't want a "we have no information at this time" - pass the message onto someone who can get the information because If EA are advertising that you're providing customers with something that you're not, you're going to have some seriously pissed off customers come March 9th.

i dojn't know either i had only heard about the  through the ea extranet and i can't seem to find the article for people in the sates. it doesn't make sense according to biowares website but i can only assume bioware meant to most retailers not all

Ea has realy buggered up with the pre-oder dlc in Austalia because the N7 warfear gear is split between 2 stores and one of the stores is only offering it with one of the veriants of the games.
who wold like to see the pre-order stuff be put together and offered at all the store so it is fare to all and i also mean the shotgun as well why do the consloe and people that want to have a hard copy miss out on getting all the good stuff
