I'm from Italy. Still no store (gamestop, amazon etc) has announced any pre-order bonus. I'm very disappointed.

I visited Origin and they seem to also have the N7 Warfare Pack, for the UK anyhow.

i just visted this as well WTF  so i've got my preorder at game who are supposed to be the supplier of the warfare gear but won'y admit. and secertly i'm being penalized for wanting a hard copy CE rather than a digital onwe this won't stand

Yeah and i cant find anything out....It seems as if both Game and EA have both dropped the ball on this one and isnt communicating enough... Im sticking to my Game preorder tho cus after release ill send my proof of purchase as well as the screenshots i have of of the Mass effect site saying Game would supply the N7 Warfare and demand to have a code for them as i believe we are within our rights to do so.  I want the physical copy of the CE and i plan on having it, As for the N7 Gear ill get it somehow.

me too mainly because iits for the 360 and  my laptop is not of decent enough spec to ME3 justice but also i think CE are not the same if their digital compared to hard copies as they can produce an infinet number of DDEs but there was only ever going to be a finite number of CEs

on this point i'm 99% sure the most recent false advertising act by the by ASA covers things stated on the internet such as the ea press relases and the bioware site saying preorder from game. as i fell it comes under this part of what's covered  "Marketing communications on companies’ own websites and in other, non-paid-for space under their own control  " or if not it covered here "Advertisers’ own marketing messages on their own websites "

I'm from Italy, too. I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition on Origin. It should have all the pre-order bonuses (except the physical items, obviously).

I Just want this all sorted but if this Ea's way of trying to make us not order at Game and buy the DDE from origin instead then they are going to be sorely dissapointed. Im sticking to Game as i prefer the Physical copy to the digital.

Your invoice might not say when you ordered it, at least the screenie proves i pre-ordered it as it says the date and time i ordered it. Ill be taking a pic of the invoice as well and uploading it to my pc to send them, im gonna make sure i got a load of pics to send them....I hate it when people give me the run around like Game and EA have been doing and i tend to not have a very nice temper if you get my drift Ive been told its cus im a natural red head but i just think its me being....well.....female, and a very angry one at that :P:P

i'm like that but i think i don't like being yanked around and i'll use anything i know about at my disposal such as threating to bring it to the press or the ASA would be my go to bargaing chips alongside the eviednce i have for this case. but then it may be cos i just love to argue with people and i'm only 18 so still have the whole tennage hormonal rage thing that people say we have, i say its just extra ambition motivation and will to fight for what we believe in.

Ill also threaten them but even tho i have a bad temper i dont like to threaten anyone too much but i will if i have to. I might even think about going to trading standards about this and seeing if anything can be done. Going to the press might not work with a company as large as EA they will just hush it up with a stupid statement or something but they cant do anything if trading standards is involved.

Ive threatened Virgin media before now cus i had internet problems everyday for about 3 years, sent letters to their head office and even talked to one of there CEO's and i got half price Broadband for 12months (works out about £14 off per month for me)out of it as well as our internet finally fixed and a big huge apology letter. Im  ruthless person when i want to be :devil:

You got an insurance that pays for lawyer and court fees? I know my father does, that got us the safety from two rents back our landlords didn't like to give back when we were moving. Very practical, as most people think you are bluffing because taking things to court does cost quite a margin. Simply telling them you have an insurance that pays for it breaks most people into giving in.

And it's always, ALWAYS worth the insurance pay, if only to wipe their usual smug smiles off their face when you give them the lawyer's paper (always do it personally, it is just soooooo much better when seeing their faces, it also increases the chance for them trying to rule things out of court).

No but if you go through trading standards you dont need to pay the fees they do. Basically ill just be the witness that reported them for false advertising, trading standards does all the rest. I dealt with trading standards on the case of people vs Frazier Mckensie back in 2009 where they got hundreds of people to sign up for IT courses promising all people who signed up and did the courses jobs after we all passes the exams (the courses was worth over £10k probebly more), They upped and dissappeared after 6 months in so all students in various Uk cities grouped up against them and contacted Trading standards who in turn dealt with everything and a few months later we all got letters saying the fees were wiped and we all owed nothing, oh did i mention they also conned us into taking financial loans out without our knowledge, saying they needed our bank details for credit check purposes. Even the qualifications (which were real) are useless now as they was Vista ones and...well....vista is....um....crap To this date noone knows what happened to the company but my guess is sooner or later they will show up with a different name and try to con people again, i just hope they get caught soon

Anyways i digress, i doubt it will come down to court action EA will most probably give codes to all who provide proof of their preorders with Game as i doubt they will want the bad publicity and rep

i aggre about empty threats there should't be a point to the but it comes down the fact that compaines don't want to risk the bad publicity of the story if it goes through the media. i think they were better when so many of the tabliods like the star and the mirror were just printing anything they got their hands on it will be harder to find papers to take your story nationally nowdays, after hackgate.

but if **** does hit the fan we need to act as one - there's no reason for us ALL to go collecting screenshots Soriah, you have them all - if we dont get our stuff from GAME we will collectively contact EA/Bioware

i agree unity has to be powerful; but it might help if we can all prove that we did preorder at least and some people may not want to send the information about their order for someone else to colate and send in one email to ea
