Just called my local GameStop and they said that they DO have me down for the PC Collector's Edition, although they can't take any more pre-orders for them. So, it must have sold out pretty fast.


Ok, Best Buy seems to still be taking orders for it here Even has launch day store pickup, at least it's offering it to me (though I already ordered from GameStop)

If you cant find it then its out of stock im afraid. I ordered mine from GAME and it was in stock til about a week ago and i think they have run out. Your only option is to look at all the local retailers in your area and if not then your gonna have to order the digital delux edition from Origin which is the same thing only everything is digital.

 Just read about that ridiculous ME3-bound on Origin after i preordered the game. For me theres no way i will accept these impudent EULA.

Is there any way to get hold of EA's marketing division in order to get any answers regarding our questions?  Seems like there's not a developer to be seen on these forums, and all I can find for help seems to be a toll number, and a useless "Game Advisor" email link on help.ea...

I'm in this boat as well. I'm this close to just giving up altogether. If it weren't for the N7 Warfare Pack I would have long ago.

For now I'm sticking with the plan of having my friend receiving my copy for me in the UK and then giving it to me in April when he returns for a short vacation. But you have confirmed that what matters is the delivery address being in the UK and not the origin of the credit card. This is, slightly, good.

I'm considering Origin's Digital Deluxe Edition, because it seems that it comes with more stuff than hard-copy deluxe editions. (Wow wow wow just realised that that's not true, didn't see the small print at the bottom of the picture showing off the hard copy deluxe edition. Opposite, in fact: hard copy gives you a bonus character and mission.) But I have some questions. I bet they've already been answered, but I'm hoping someone is bored enough to answer again so I don't have to go hunting!

In what format do the comic and art books come in? Can I download them and view them anywhere I want? Do I have to sign in every time I want to view them? Will they be 'mine' forever, like a hard-copy book, or is my access to them dependent on something like EA's servers and terms and conditions? Surely they put in some copy/paste-to-friends restrictions in place that might mean I can't view them on any computer I'd like to view the on, right?

Same with the soundtrack. Downloadable to put on the iPod?

I assume the hoodie is an electronic one for Shephard, not for me, right? Hehe.

And how much of the deluxe content can be bought seperately at a later date?

An update concerning pre-order bonuses from Game.co.uk for all non-UK residents: Customer service has informed me that shipping the game to a UK address won't work. Apparently, as long as the payment is made with a non-UK credit card, the order is considered non-UK.
They also told me that this was the publisher's decision and the codes themselves are region locked.
So, thanks EA. As usual.

Here's hoping these bonuses will be made available later, so we can at least pay for items we were supposed to be entitled to in the first place.

Damn thats not fair for those of you who are outside the UK.
Only way round that is for those of you who have friends in the uk, getting the game delivered to them for you, they pay for the game using their debit/credit cards and you send your friend the money that way the card used is a Uk card but you still get your game and codes.

Unfortunately this would be the only way as i doubt they will make them available later on or that would defeat the whole purpose of them being a pre-order bonus item.

I ordered the digital collectors edition through origins and from what i understand the onlt item not available is the N7 Deffender Armor . Origins acctully has the N7 Valkyie ,N7 War Fare Armor , M-55 Raider, and AT-12 Raider ? please varify if you can thank you.

You get a code via email or on your receipt  they day you get the game to redeem it in game through XBOX Live just like ME2.

Actually through the european Origin website, you even get the Armor! Thats the only good thing EA thinks Colombia is closer to Europe than to NA.... LOL. Tho I still have a vague hope I get to play it on the 6th instead of the 9th!

You will get whatevers on the product page. Im in the UK so i cant see the US product page but it will state what you will get with it.

The codes being region locked, that´s not feasible on Xbox 360. The marketplace content can be salvaged everywhere,there isn´t a lock in content. Some marketplaces have more content, but codes can be redeemed everywhere.

Ah, they can´t do this, because if they do, that´s one step close to a region locked NTSC version, and I have on of those pre-ordered in case Game doesn´t ship my PAL CE. Heck right now I just want my CE content able to be redeemed on my Live account.

The entire pre order thing really got out of hand. Actually makes me wonder if i should just get the game when there is a discount on it and all the weapons are made available for download. As i'll prolly will have completed the game a couple of times by the time they are released and won't get much out of them by then.

Mass Effect 3 requires Origin, regardless of where you get it from and what version you get.
