wow, really makes the australian release versions the flat out worst in terms of content, while simultaneously being the most expensive in terms of cost.

Bioware, Amazon customers need a clarification. According to this chatlog with an Amazon customer service representative, Collectors Editon customers are not getting the Argus rifle. Could you please look into this? Thanks. www.amazon.com/Collectors-edition-10-credit/forum/FxO7NNLZ0JNM3K/Tx2VTOXBUA7CD0/2/ref=cm_cd_et_md_pl

Same thing here at stores in the Netherlands. You don't get any pre-order bonus with the CE. Which is ridiculous, I might add.

German Amazon customers, who pre-orderd SE or CE will get the N7 Warfare Gear and the M55 Argus rifle. This is what they announced on the Amazon site.
When I pre-orderd ME2, amazon customer service denied that there would be any pre-order bonus, nevertheless I got the bonus. So you can't trust all information you got from Amazon customer service.

I'm wondering if my graphics card is good enough for the game? I've got the GeForce GT 525M for my laptop. According to the Nvidia site, I've tested my card for compatibility for TESV:Skyrim and BF3. On both accounts they said that it was below the recommended requirement, but I'm playing TESV now and its not causing any problems, the only problem was with BF3(the game kept hanging at times). I've played the ME3 demo and things seemed fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

ME3's engine is based to run on really old hardware (the 360) if the demo runs chances are you'll be fine.

Really? Source, please. I hope you're right about this.

Only for certain regions, as far as I know. Customers in most (all?) European countries are able to get every pre-order bonus by pre-ordering on Origin.

I still just want to know if Australians who preorder the Digital Deluxe Edition from Origin get the bonus character and mission. At this rate, the release date will come sooner than an answer, and I don't know where to preorder from .

The Digital Deluxe Edition comes with the bonus character, regardless of whether or not you pre-order it. ;)
The only things it doesn't have is metal case and the N7 patch. Other than that, the contents are identical to that of the CE. You just get digital versions of all the bonus content.

Personally I think all the pre-order exclusives for merchandice in the short term is greed, and in the long term will unbalance Multiplayer. My advice is just wait for Bioware to come out with a weapon pack, and armor pack as a DLC like they did with ME2 and save your money, in the end though the people that spend over $870.00 to get all the collector rifle power ups will have a unfair advantage in multiplayer.

$80 - N7 Collector's Edition

Pre-order bonuses:[/b]

AT-12 Raider - Origin pre-order bonus
Chakram Launcher - Play the Kingdoms of Alamur[/i] demo
M-55 Argus - Pre-order bonus for select retailers
N7 Weapons pack - N7 Edition bonus
N7 Hoodie - N7 Edition bonus
N7 Warfare Gear - Pre-order bonus for select retailers
Reckoner Knight Armor - Play the Kingdoms of Alamur[/i] demo
Robotic Dog - N7 Edition bonus
Squad Outfit pack - N7 Edition bonus

Auxiliary purchases:[/b]

Unannounced price for the iOS game Mass Effect Infiltrator, which can affect the main game.

$10 day one "From Dust" DLC

$44.99 for the Liara figurine - which oddly enough now comes with multiplayer unlock DLC

$24.99 for The Art of Mass Effect Universe - Collector Assault Rifle unlock DLC/Powerup

$80 for four Mass Effect 3 toys - "Slightly randomized" multiplayer unlock DLC

$59.99 for the Mass Effect 3 controller - Collector Assault Rifle unlock DLC/Powerup

$209.99 for the Chimera 5.1 Headset - Collector Assault Rifle unlock DLC/Powerup

$34.99 for the Mousepad - Collector Assault Rifle unlock DLC/Powerup

$79.99 for the Messenger Bag - Collector Assault Rifle unlock DLC/Powerup

$24.99 for the iPhone case - Collector Assault Rifle unlock DLC/Powerup

$79.99 for the Mouse - Collector Assault Rifle unlock DLC/Powerup

$139.99 for the Keyboard - Collector Assault Rifle unlock DLC/Powerup

Do the Collector rifle DLCs stack? Because if not, why, unless you are an actual collector, or in the mood for a new keyboard, would you buy all of them?

If you already have the Collector rifle DLC and you get a code for another one, the code will upgrade the CR you already have.

Yeah it stacks and makes the collector rifle more powerful for Multiplayer. Most like myself won't go to the extreme and the cost to buy all the merchandice in order to get that advantage, but there will always be some that will buy everything just to have everything. Which in the end will unbalance the Multiplayer.

Its cooperative multiplayer so the rifle power ups probably won’t matter... If it was competitive/versus multiplayer then it would be a different story.

That's true good point on that. I'm too used to unbalanced PVP in MMO'S lol

Pre-ordered the N7 Collectors Edition from GAME on the 2nd of February because it had all Bonuses available (UK, Xbox 360). Never thought I'd be so lucky since they sold out 3-5 days later. I'm surprised that all Collectors Edition's are extremely rare. Apart from the PS3 version anyway.

Also had to cancel the Gamestation's version that I pre-ordered when the CE was first announced. Bioware should of announced the Bonuses when we first could've pre-ordered. This is a major screw up in my opinion, lots of die hard loyal fans couldn't get the GAME version.

EDIT: I mean look at those Dog-Tags! ^ Bad bad Bioware!

As far as i can tell you get the same at Gamestation as you do at Game seeing that they are the same company in all but name.

I've got a problem with pre ordering, it seems that I can't preoder from GameStop, it says that my region is not available for buying the digital version. People from Bioware: Can you fix this or at least tell me how can I buy a pre ordered version? As you can see I am a consistent customer of yours. So I'd be grateful if you help me with this issue. Thanks!

Thank you! Uh, again, thanks, but how did you find out? I couldn't see any info about it. And EA still hasn't replied to my email enquiry. So much for 24-hour reply times. Unless they count that automated we-got-your-email message as a reply.

Not here in Portugal. I just checked. Oh, they announce that it has all the DLC, alright:

Then you get to the page, and lo and behold, nothing changed:

Still only the AT-12 Raider and the M55 Argus. It's like the N7 Warfare Pack doesn't even exist.

I mean, it's not like I want to buy it from Origin (I still want a box/book I can actually touch/flip), but these discrepancies make me sad. There's no way for us to get the N7 Warfare Pack outside of going through hoops or paying ridiculous sums for shipping in the very few stores that offer the DLC outside their country.

I can confirm that indeed when I made an enquiry if my CE pre-order will get the bonus since I made it before the bonus was announced. However, I also asked them about the M55 Argus and they said they have no information or knowledge of that pre-order bonus. :(

You would think so wouldn't you? However unfortunately, that is not the case.

I pre-ordered the CE at Gamestation back in early November, as I had some points to redeem. Thinking that they'd be offering the same pre-order bonuses as Game (neither Game or Gamestation listed any at the time).

Then something like 3 days before the CE was taken off the Game/Gamestation website I checked, saw there was a bonus tab (and bonus graphic displayed on the Mass Effect 3 CE image) so figured I'd be getting a pre-order bonus. I clicked it and it said:

Pre-Order the standard edition of Mass Effect 3 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or PC and you will receive the N7 Warfare Gear in-game weapons pack, including the N7 "Valkyrie" assault rifle and the N7 "Defender" armour.

Wondering if it was a mistake (Game's website just said Pre-order Mass Effect 3, and the bonus tab being listed on the CE if it was only applicable to the SE did not make much sense) I sent an enquiry to gamestation asking if it was included with the CE, to which I got the reply:

"We do not have details of any available preorder promotion for this title at this time. As soon as this information becomes available to us we will update our website immediately, please keep checking our website for the latest information."

I was considering cancelling my Gamestation pre-order and re-ordering with Game, but the following day the CE had been removed from both websites, so I never got the chance.

Or, in short: If you pre-ordered the CE from Gamestation, you do not get any retailer pre-order bonuses.

DoomHK wrote...

They are physical dog tags. Gamestop UK is doing them too.

Hmm, you mean gamestop.co.uk? If so I couldn't find the dog tags (or a mention of any pre-order bonus what so ever) listed on their website.

I see what you mean i pre ordered my CE from Gamestation January and shortly after it went from site. But from what i could tell the Pre-order Bonus was exactly the same as Games, guess i will  find out when i get it, doesnt really matter to me if i get them or not  Just a couple of weapons not all that important to me. I wasnt looking for a Bonus, it  was the only place i could find it available to buy at the time.

So I've shelled out loads for the CE from GameStop UK and I'll end up getting less weapons than someone who buys the SE? Well that just %#^%+^#^ sucks :o(
