Just sent an email to them. I plan on calling tomorrow if this isn't settled. I mean I have the evidence that I preordered the game from Origin and in addition the first email they sent me said it should have unlock in game. Problem is that the gun is a DLC item. I wasted my Argus code from Origin because I thought it was like that Gamestop code.Blackluc wrote...
SUCCESS.. after 1 hour of talking to different people at EA, I finally got my codes for the rifle and the shotgun! I just went directly to the point with links and sources that proves my point. I was a bit rude yes... But maybe that's what helped. Good luck with your codes guys.

His response was that most people had gotten theirs and they were looking into why a subset had not received theirs.
So if your having an issue with yours please call origin, by the way the easiest ones to get are the PC ones it seems, really odd but true.

Origin should send you the codes using your BSN account. If you bought it on retail you should be given an extra sheet where the codes for the items are listed but this varies from retailer to retailer.

Nah, they use the email account registered to the Origin account. I know, because I got an Argus code but no AT12.
So I tried livechat again, and they told me to wait some more.

Yes, confirmed. I tried that about 5 minutes ago, they gave me three codes after I answered some basic info about my purchase. Seems like the customer service has caught up or something. I was still getting the run-around 2 days ago. Those that haven't got the codes yet might want to try their luck again.
