Ok, this is how it went like...  I waited 15 minutes in a queue and the person took about 3 minutes to answer everytime, it was really long.  And now I'm more frustrated than yesterday.  Here it is:

you: Hi, I have issues with the pre-order bonus.
Manish : Can you elaborate your issue in brief?
you: I pre-ordered the game but I still did not receive any codes to get my weapons.

you: No problems
Manish : Can you please clarify me where's you have purchase it from?
you: Origin
Manish : ok
Manish : Please note that you game is already activated on your origin account.

you: Yes my game is activated, but I am saying I do not have the pre-order bonus items
you: It is written this "the M55 Argus Assault Rifle is a channel wide offer and available to everyone who pre-orders" and I did not get them

Manish : Please note that if you have purchase the Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition then the only way to achieve the bonus item.

you: On the page it was clearly written that every pre-orders gets the two weapons, and if I'm correct the collectors get a bit more

I just contacted Origin support and after 15 minutes of answering basic questions about my purchase and identity I was provided with all three codes, the M55, AT12 and N7 Warfare gear.

I just spoke to a representative at Best Buy over the phone (yes, they still use these analog audio devices) and it seems there was a screw up in the system and the pre-order bonus codes were not printing on the pick up receipts. HOWEVER, they have it logged and will send out emails with the download keys within the next 24-48 hours...

Otherwise my faith in preorders is going to look like a burnt out toaster oven.

SUCCESS.. after 1 hour of talking to different people at EA, I finally got my codes for the rifle and the shotgun! I just went directly to the point with links and sources that proves my point. I was a bit rude yes... But maybe that's what helped. Good luck with your codes guys.

I pre-ordered from another digital site. Got a key for Origin....I wonder if I can contact EA support and try and get the pre-order DLC too

Just sent an email to them. I plan on calling tomorrow if this isn't settled. I mean I have the evidence that I preordered the game from Origin and in addition the first email they sent me said it should have unlock in game. Problem is that the gun is a DLC item. I wasted my Argus code from Origin because I thought it was like that Gamestop code.

I pre-ordered from gamestop, and also b ought the collectors edition - so far, It's not showing up on my registered content that I have ANYTHING besides the Chakram Launcher, From Ashes DLC, and the Reckoner Knight Armor.

I took the easy way and pre-ordered the Collectors Edition off of Amazon.  As I already had Origin for my Digital DL of Mass Effect 2 and all DLC for that game I did not see the need to purchase the disks and stand in the cold for hours waiting to pick up what I already paid for.  Had the game installed before March 6 and all I had left to do was press the date verification button at midnight.  Unfortunately I had to go to the hospital for a test and Dr appt and when I got back Windows 7 would not start.  Ended up taking the computer apart and canned air was liberally used on every bit of dust I could find.  All Ram, Drives, CPU, expansion cards etc were yanked and reseated.  Nothing changed.  I ended up blowing out all partitions and reloading Windows 7 then origin then starting the download of Mass Effect 3 again.  Shouldn't have any problems that I can see.

AMD AM-2 Dual-Core 6000+  3000 per Core
4 Gigabytes DDR2 SDRAM
2.5 Terabytes Western Digital Hard Disk and 500 Gigabyte Western Digital Hard Drive

Guess this isn't the easy way despite what Bioware says.  Any assistance on this is appreciated.

So I had to call Origins to get my pre-orders, and I asked the person helping me how come they had not gone out...

His response was that most people had gotten theirs and they were looking into why a subset had not received theirs.

So if your having an issue with yours please call origin, by the way the easiest ones to get are the PC ones it seems, really odd but true.

We'll see, I guess.

Origin should send you the codes using your BSN account. If you bought it on retail you should be given an extra sheet where the codes for the items are listed but this varies from retailer to retailer.

Nah, they use the email account registered to the Origin account.  I know, because I got an Argus code but no AT12.

So I tried livechat again, and they told me to wait some more.

Customer service says they only have pc codes for the Raider Shotgun. Sucks for all the console preorders like me. Nice bait and switch Origin.

I'm a victim of the shotgun thing as well. It may just be misinformation as there was no where on the site or anywhere else stating it was "PC only", it said it was "Origin" only. Something like that probably confused EA support. I hope thats the case anyways.

Otherwise this gives me yet another reason to despise that company even more.

That worked for me too, a little more time, but all good no problems with the custome service so far, but the origin client chat was a little buggy, froze one time and was not refresing right.

Yes, confirmed. I tried that about 5 minutes ago, they gave me three codes after I answered some basic info about my purchase. Seems like the customer service has caught up or something. I was still getting the run-around 2 days ago. Those that haven't got the codes yet might want to try their luck again.
