Just had a run-in with EA Live chat. Granted me the Argus rifle and At12 Shotgun with not much hassle. And I strangely got a code for the full game as well. Consider me shocked. The guy didn't give me the N7 Warfare pack though.. So I've reopened the issue for now. I'd copy&paste the whole conversation if someone can point me where I can find the transcript.

what stores in australia sold the n7 warfare gear because i thought eb games had it as a bonus and i picked up my CE today and they didn't have those codes

I got Dragon Age: Origins when I preordered digital N7 edition from my local webshop. That's a good deal but I guess there's no way to get preorder N7 stuff and AT12? When I redeemed the code in Sunday in Origin the program itself said I could get N7 stuff and AT12 but they haven't shown up. Confusing stuff.

I contacted with an EA advisor and he/she gave me the codes for the guns plus a discount for the origin store.
I confirm that the dlc codes worked at least for me.

I pre-ordered my N7 Collectors Edition from Play.com.
Kind of worried that they won't send me the codes for the pre-order bonuses, it happened with Dragon Age II - when i complained they told me to be patient and i would get an email. I never did get the email sadly so no Amulet of Ashes for me.
Has anyone who ordered from Play been sent their codes yet? Or will they be sent with the game rather than email this time?

Bug EA if you don't get the codes, they can and will generate codes for you, but some of them are REALLY reluctant to do it.

Did not get the Argus Rifle DLC that was supposed to come with preorders. Can someone from Bioware EA PLEASE get back regarding this? Been trying to get an answer since minFeb!

I believe the AT12 was for PC only, anyhow still haven't received ANYTHING for pre-ordering via Origin. I've seen them an email so hopefully they'll respond with my DLC.

i got a code this morning from them to be redeemed at a "TDU2.com/redeem"

i got a code this morning from play.com, you have to ignore the "TDU2.com/redeem" information. Instead go to origin put the code in the redemption code center and you will have the warfare n7 gear in your register game content bioware profile¡¡¡¡¡

FYI my Amazon N7 Warfare code received this morning, some hours after the Argus rifle code. You may not get your codes at the same time.

It's been 48 hours for me since the Australian region unlock on Origin, and no codes have been e-mailed to me. I'm now following it up with EA support. Hopefully I'll get some joy from them. :/
