I got 3 collectors editions from them, all with dog tags, but no codes. I emailed them and got a reply linking me to their pre-order page and saying "this is what you get when you pre-order". It only actually mentions the dog tags on gamestop.ie unfortunately.

Unfased I tried EA support and emailed them saying that I hadnt recieved my codes, and had already contacted the retailer who wasnt very helpful, EA just sent me a message back saying to try the retailer again.

I thought EVERYONE gets an argus at least, but apparently not.

Still, I will try the online chat help next time and see what I get.

Yea, I payed like, $86 USD for my digital delux pre-order from Origin, and the argus/defender-armor is all I didn't get. >_>

Wow, just got my preorder codes in my inbox. Didn't think I'd ever see them.

Well, better late then never. Just glad I didn't have to hop through the numerous customer service hoops to get them.

I preordered through Gamestop but got nothing. I really want the n7 defense armor. Can anyone tell me how to get it or hook me up? I play on 360.

After multiple attempts to sort things out with the Live Chat support people and then weeks of waiting (at their request) to get an AT12 code from Origin for my disc-based Xbox copy, I got an email from support:

An Important Message Regarding Your Mass Effect 3 Purchase


Dear Mass Effect 3 owner,

Thank you for your recent purchase of Mass Effect 3 from Origin.

We apologize that we have not been able to supply the AT12 Raider Shotgun pre-order bonus item that was promised with your Mass Effect 3 purchase on Origin. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to provide this item to gamers who ordered the console version of our game.

To make good on our error, we're offering you a free Collector Rifle Pack, which includes the Collector Assault Rifle and four randomly selected items perfect for taking down Reapers, Geth, and Cerberus agents in Mass Effect 3's online multi-player mode. We sincerely hope that this change doesn't detract from your enjoyment of the game.

To redeem your new weapon, navigate to the Mass Effect 3 multi-player menu and click "Store." You'll find the Collector Rifle Pack there.

I don't particularly want a Collector Rifle instead, as I already have one and the difference between Collector Rifle I and Collector Rifle II is... pretty underwhelming. To top it all off, though, it's a lie. No Reinforcement Pack waiting for me, no second Collector Rifle entitlement in my "registered game content."

This kinda does "detract from my enjoyment of the game."

Just got the e-mail too.  I thought the AT12 would be in single-player.  Why the hell are they giving me crap in Multiplayer?  Not at all an equal value for what was expected.

Last I checked the shotgun was a PC only thing anyways ... Kind of why the 360 preorders never got it? ..... Just saying :/

I got that email also but never had anything waiting in the store. Customer support was worthless so I guess I'll never get it.
